I've met with Howard almost 10 years ago, and ever since I got to know him as a very capable coach and facilitator. He's energetic, he's is instantly connected with participants and can steer a group towards remarkable results. We had an have an excellent cooperation, and the positive experience is a constant. It was great leadership program I had in my career and lot more interactive sessions.

I was pleased and thankful for meeting with them a couple times during Magna International Senior Leadership program. I can't say it was a training, a mentoring program. At the end of day, was meeting with friends, open up not just about work challenges but about life. How we can we be successful empowering people to make good decisions? I participated in a leadership training program led by Howard and Jack from LiveLearning. The training took place in 2024. This comprehensive journey, organized by my company, Magna Automotive, consisted of three modules (2 offline and 1 online) and focused on various aspects of leadership skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed their dynamic training style, which was enriched with real-life examples and analogies. The program effectively covered all relevant key concepts of modern work culture and essential leadership skills like communication, change management, psychological safety, feedback, Diversity and inclusion, delegation, innovation, storytelling and much more.

It was really great to get some deep insights about leadership and do some practical exercises which show how well you understood the message. That was quite eye-opening.

The multi-day “Talent Program” workshop was an enriching experience. Jack and Howard led the sessions with impressive energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. Their passion truly set the tone for a dynamic and motivating environment.

One of the key takeaways for me was improving my storytelling skills. This topic was delivered in a very practical and engaging way and I realized just how essential storytelling is in today’s professional world, an absolute must-have skill.

Another major highlight was the deep dive into leadership. The topic was approached from various perspectives, which gave me a much broader and deeper understanding of what modern leadership really means.

All in all, this was an amazing program that helped me grow both personally and professionally. I can highly recommend it!

Immersed in a 2 day SLT training programme, that from the moment it started, did the impossible; broke down the silos and barriers and created an environment of trust and transparency. A safe environment was created, whereby everyone's truth was spoken and heard. The exercises allowed us to push boundaries and develop new levels of relationships, they were brilliant. Howard has a natural talent to create a calm and open environment whereby senior managers can engage openly and look to improve their business strategy. He makes the sessions super engaging and fun. Amazing what was achieved.
