Jar is poor quality but protein tasty
The protein is very good and I would have given 5 stars but I bought the jar which I wouldn’t say is good value or good quality as a product as it arrived with the label peeling off. The jar itself and lid are standard and reusable which is good. But for a premium jar that they recommend to display which uses a poor stock in quality label, I’d suggest just buy a bag of the protein!

The vanilla and chocolate protein powder are both great. They really taste good as stand alone flavors or mixed with other things. Will buy again.

Gelatinous
The taste of the product is great, however the addition of xantham gum makes it so weird and gelatinous, it’s almost inedible. Not exactly sure what the purpose of it is, but it’s texturally very unpleasant.

We are really sorry to hear that you didn't like the texture of our product. I'm wondering what products you used to mix it and quantities? Most of the feedback we receive from our clients is that our protein is the best tasting as well as texture they have ever encounter, but we understand that taste is so different for everyone.
Xanthan gum it's a very common ingredient in foods (mainly in gluten free foods). It helps stabilise all the flavours as well as helping with the mixing of all the ingredients so our protein is smooth. I hope you find a product that makes you as happy as HERMOSA makes us and thank you so much for your feedback, we will take notes to continue our quest for the best protein out there. Thank you for your feedback, Adam, we are not surprised you find us more expensive than most regular products out there. There are only a few companies that really focus in the way your protein is produced. For example, our whey protein is from gras fed cows in the Lake District, that is obviously expensive. We only use natural flavouring and sweetener, nothing is artificial and this is why the difference and as expected, it's expensive. At HERMOSA we are not willing to compromise in providing the best. We are so proud to produce products that are good for your recovery, but also for your health and in the long term. Anyway, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel about us. I still haven’t got my order, the delivery service is useless
I still haven’t got my order, mainly because of DPD’s incompetence. However, hermosa didn’t tell me the delivery would need to be signed for, DPD then made no effort to reach the address, hermosa didn’t reply to my email to change the delivery address to 1 mile down the road (as DPD wouldn’t do this for me) and then the parcel got delivered to a pick up shop that is only open 9.30 - 5pm. And I work full time. I paid £4.80 for this delivery service ☹️

I love this product
I love this product. It’s a bit too expensive but compared to other protein powders has excellent taste. I can enjoy it while drinking, which is rare for vegan protein powders - trust me, I tried many of them. Before posting my review, I decided to check what other customers said. One of the reviews says that the protein is too sweet, which is the opposite for me. I found this protein has good taste in terms of sweetness (that customer probably hasn’t tried the famous Form protein to understand what means a high level of sweetness is). So yes, I can recommend this product if the price isn’t that important for you.

The best tasting chocolate protein…
The best tasting chocolate protein powder, doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste like some others do.
Slightly more expensive compared to other brands but the quality is worth paying for.

I first tried this protein at Barry's and was pleasantly surprised that unlike many other proteins, this one did not hurt my stomach at all! It's fantastic consistency and not too strong of a flavor. I love it!

Was not able to use discount code
Contacted customer service to explain I was unable to use the first purchase code but they were not interested. Had thus a while back with another company and they refunded the amount.
