"I always assumed Creatine was a supplement for men. However been hearing and reading that Creatine demands rise during hormonal fluctuations. I'm forgetful so I'm loving the convenience of having them in my car and taking them throughout my day. Delicious!!! Have told all my family and friends :)))
Great quality products. I’ve used many vegan protein blends and this is by far the best I’ve used. Consistency and flavour is spot on. Use it in both shakes and baking.
Also love with the psyllium husk capsules.
