I ordered carnivorous plants 5 pack. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Royal mail deliveref ot to the wrong address but i got it anyway after driving to that address. All plants were healthy and I have reported sundews into 12 different pots. Yes there were that many in one single pot they sent. All plants are growing very well. I am so happy to say that this is more plants than I paid for. I will be definitely buying from them again.

Website is easy to navigate, fun to browse, and loaded with pertinent info for all plants.shipping is quick with updates. Packaging is superior, making sure each plant is thoroughly protected with mine arriving is excellent condition and ready to plant. Happily, all carnivores have started eating!

Simple and easy to use website got my order in no time

I used them a little over a year ago and didnt have an issue at all.
Ive just gone to try buy myself some new plants now that I have a dedicated plant room and generally a lot more space.

The website barely worked, I had to add things to the basket over and over just for the website to recognise it, had to select/unselect sizes just for it to let me even click add to basket etc.

It wouldnt even let me put my card details in, i reloaded the page over and over and the box to enter my details in simply didnt show up.

I thought it was maybe my browser since its a smaller high security browser and some websites bug a bit, especially smaller websites that arent optimised for a big range of browsers.

Went on chrome, put everything back in the basket which was still just as buggy.

The box for my card details did show up this time but it denied me twice for whatever reason and after re loading the page and trying again the page itself gave me an error message but I got an email saying order confirmed?

The money has been taken out of my bank this time so whether or not I have actually bought anything remains to be seen.

Tried the websites contact page and it gave me yet another error message saying the message was corrupted??

No one answered the phone after trying multiple times.

Don't think I've had a website bug out so consistently over multiple browsers since the early 2010s, don't know if its a one off or the websites a bit broken right now.

They have such a good collection of all things they sell. I got a drosera and a sarracenia, they were packaged amazingly very secure. I would definitely recommend getting from this place I will definitely be buying again from these guys.

The attention to detail on how and why the plants were packaged is incredible. No likely hood of any damage. The plants were really beautiful and bigger than I thought, really healthy well established plants.

Must use Company for Carnivorous plants. First class.

I have ordered from this nursery before, and they are brilliant. They know their stuff. You can buy for first timers, or experts. I bought half a dozen trumpet type insect eating plants last year, and doing absolutely fantastic, leaving them outside through the winter. Never phased them. I've now just bought some Sundewes, but they do need to come in for the winter. The packaging was brilliant. No way they will suffer being delivered from business to home, no matter where in the UK

1 - 3 days dispatch apparently, 5 days gone by and still processing. 3 days to put a plant in a box and send it is laughable. Don't respond to communications either. Going through PayPal for a refund.
