Not likely to use this list again
Pros: speed of response to queries is fast. Quality items listed.
Cons: Overpriced items so many people looked at my list and ordered items directly from the supplier. The list of items is so limited and there are missing practical things like a pack of 3.
Allowed 2 free deliveries only which meant I waited to collectively receive my items for 2-3 months so I could have everything in one go and avoid multiple deliveries but there were missing items even though the items had been ordered over 2 months ago. The delivery information was also insufficiently provided so I missed the slot of delivery because I had no link to check the progress of delivery and was not directly contacted by the delivery company until I asked for this information. After which I had missed the slot. All in all, not sure it is worth it as I needed another list to make up for what I could not find on Littlelist.

That said, I’m very sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. In regard to pricing, I completely understand your concerns. We do sell our products at the recommended retail prices provided by our suppliers, and while we currently aren’t able to match external retail promotions due to the nature of our supplier agreements, this is something we hope to explore more closely with our partners in future - with our customers in mind.
I’m also very sorry that you felt our product range was limited. We’re actively working to expand our offering with new and exciting suppliers and aim to include a wider variety of practical, everyday items. We want every list to feel as personal and complete as possible.
In terms of deliveries, our two complimentary delivery slots are designed to give parents the joy of opening their gifts together, all in one go. That said, we’re so sorry to hear that you experienced missing items and that delivery information wasn’t as clear as it should have been. Our courier partner, DPD, typically sends out text updates with tracking links and options to manage deliveries, so I’ll be reviewing your account to ensure the correct contact details were used and will follow up with DPD directly if needed.
I truly regret any inconvenience or frustration this caused and want to thank you again for your feedback. If you would be happy to share more detail about the specific items or areas you felt were lacking, we’d love the opportunity to better understand and improve.

Easy to use and supportive customer service along the way. Some products I’d put on the list were not in stock at the time of delivery which was a bit disappointing but I was given other similar options or the choice of a refund.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service especially for first time parents! The baby brain service is brilliant, we had Anna, who was so lovely and extremely helpful! We used the service for our gift registry. Littlelist helps new parents select good quality items so that they’re not overwhelmed with the many options out there. Would have been great to have competitive prices and a wider range of options as we found some items cheaper on other websites. In addition, there is an option for a gift card on little list so would have been great if it was possible to cash it rather than be limited to spending it on the website.

I used Little List for my baby shower and im so pleased i did, we managed to get gifts we genuinley wanted or needed! The process was super simple and the delivery was also so easy all coming at once!

Really enjoyed how easy LittleList was to use, the checklist helped me figure out what was needed, the ease of having everything delivered to you helped us and friends and family not have to worry about purchasing and carrying gifts. The updates you get was great and the support was great to chat to someone when needed. Would like more options on brands that aren't all top end brands and adding custom products didn't work too well in the sense that you would have to substitute the product or get the cash for it, I would have preferred getting the actual gift I needed. Overall very happy :)

Anna has been great with communicating with me on when deliveries are happening and it’s been an all around smooth and exciting experience. Living abroad from Canada in the UK, little lost has allowed my family and friends from near and far to spoil my little bundle. Really pleased with the experience.

Littlelist made registering for baby items so easy and simple. Since I’m from the states, it was also so great for my family and friends back home to be able to gift us with the things we needed as well. Anna, my Littlelist agent was incredible. Amazing service!
I love how easy their website it is to use when creating my baby registry, I do wish they have an app. Logging in was a pain at first cause you have to log back in every time. Anna was my baby brain and she was super friendly and helpful, she updates me every time and always gets back to me whenever I have a question. I just didn’t like that some of the products were not readily available but at least they hold everything in their warehouse before sending it on my chosen delivery date, which was so easy to set up with Anna! Service is superb! So would definitely use little list again.

Little List is fabulous for new mums planning ahead
Little List is such a great concept. It allows new mum’s curate a list of new baby essentials either for themselves to plan ahead and buy or to share with friends of family as gift ideas (or both!)
I found their gift list so helpful as they have a wide range of products and brands to choose from. The products are split into different categories which makes it easy for you to search for and select items. I thought I knew everything I required for my little one’s arrival and had my own list noted, but actually there were lots of essentials I hadn’t even thought about until I scrolled Little List’s vast product offering!
The website is very easy to use to create your list and maintain this ongoing by adding or removing items, along with sharing with friends and family. You can easily track when a gift has been pledged with personal emails shared to tell you directly or by checking the website.
Each person is allocated a “baby brain” who is assigned to your list to help with any questions, share information on product availability and to coordinate and arrange all deliveries. I had Anna who was so lovely and extremely responsive and helpful.
I can’t recommend this service enough to any new mums out there. It’s such a great way to plan, but also to ensure you are gifted things you need, helping minimise any duplicate items.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I highly, highly recommend LittleList to any expecting parent/family.
It was so easy for friends and family to contribute towards gifts when we were expecting, and the website was so easy to use and choose what we wanted!
We had a person named Emily helping us, and words cannot describe how thankful we are for her!!! We were waiting to move before having our order sent to us, but then our house got delayed by 8 months! We ended up having our baby before we moved and the deadline for the move kept getting pushed month by month. We needed to have multiple shipments at different points for our unique circumstance and Emily could not have helped us more during such a stressful time.

I received a 10/10 service from Little List. Anna, your personal baby brain, held my hand throughout the shopping process and couldn't have made the experience more care free and enjoyable. The knowledge on all of the products was extremely helpful and their on hand, quick communication was a breath of fresh air.

Made to feel like a very special customer
My wife and I had a surprisingly wonderful experience with Littlelist. Our intentions were to simply find a gift registry for a baby shower, and we found the online platform very easy to use, with great functionality to see all our gifters and their messages, as well as the ability to add in custom products from wider stores. The selection of products on their platform were that good (and prices), we didn't feel the need to use all 10 custom products available.
Through our experience with the Baby Brains and support team, we felt like a special customer with very prompt replies over email and all our gifts delivered very smoothly over 2 parcel orders.
Would thoroughly recommend this service, and look forward to using their service again.

Faultless!
Everything about my experience with LittleList has been perfect. The items on offer are beautiful, varied and a great mix between practical and indulgent! I used the chat function to ask for some advice about a pram too, which was incredibly helpful and they even recommended prams to me that were not available through LittleList (yet!), which I thought was extremely kind.
Anna has been our 'Baby Brain' and I can't praise her enough. The customer service has been faultless; organising the deliveries, suggesting items (and alternatives when things were taking a while to arrive in stock!), as well as friendly check ins around delivery times.
Easy to use, clear and just amazing!
