I got a call back immediately after contacting them during a sale when the Internet was very busy. Live, in person service, great people over there and I've ordered from them for 5 years.

I must say guys, your studio looks great, wish I had the place to do mine now, someday soon I hope.... I hope you guys make great sounds with it.
With the style and thought that you guys have put into that studio, please make sure you only send out quality of sound to the world to hear, I have no dought you will.... YOU BETTER OR I'LL MAKE MY WAY OVER TO YOU AND CONFISCATE ALL YOUR GEAR ;-D hahahahahahaha

Service above and beyond
Having enquired about a product right at close of business, Jake went above and beyond what I'd have expected and not only got back to me with a price to beat anyone else, but processed my order that evening and turned the licenses around to me within two hours. Absolutely exemplary customer service, and as a first time customer that counts for a lot. We will certainly be using Little Fish Audio again, and based on our experiences, we would highly recommend them!

I received an email from Josh at LittleFishAudio regarding some really awesome deals on gear. I saw the interface I wanted, emailed him and he got back to me PROMPTLY with the price. $500 off, are You kidding? Sold! that was the final price btw...
I bought this item on a Sunday evening. Josh emailed me all day long about the item. I looked in my email the next morning and had a message from LIttleFish with a tracking number. Amazingly fast transaction, shipment and communication from this company. LittleFishAudio is one of those secrets that you are glad to be in on. Thanks

Little Fish Audio saved my (Black Fri)day!
I had not done any business with Little Fish Audio before this Black Friday weekend. By chance I contacted them because I had waited for 3 days just to get answers from other dealers to questions about buying Waves plugins and using vouchers.
The service I got from LFA was fantastic! They answered my emails within minutes, matched the competitors' best prices without complaints and promised me these prices, including voucher deduction, even when it was unsure if I could get my voucher in before the end of the sale (this was communicated with Waves).
I was impressed by the way Little Fish Audio handled the business, especially under the chaotic circumstances (i.e. Cyber Monday sales). They were fast, responsive, hassle-free, service minded and very friendly! Thanks to them I managed to get just the deals I wanted, at the very best prices, during this crazy sale.
I know now who to go to first with my business in the future! Big thumbs up!
