Initially concerns now resolved
The mat has what seems to be an overpowering chemical smell. Bought it two weeks ago, had it in a spare room with a window open and unravelled, still smells today.
Edit - the mat did air ok in the end and we’ve now no concerns using it. Thank you to the team at Little Fae for offering a refund, we’ll stick with it in the end. It bears the weight of an adult sitting with baby and still has plenty of bounce in it so it’s making playtime fun.

EDITED - the customer did not respond to my contact attempts, which were offering a return (including courier service to collect the playmat to make the return process as smooth as possible) and full refund.

I am truly sorry to hear about the concern you have raised. We have reached out to you by email to offer you a return and full refund because there should not be a chemical smell occurring, so we would need to investigate why this has happened. Rest assured our playmats have been tested to the highest standards with SGS, so are perfectly safe for newborn plus.

Brilliant company and product
Brilliant company and product, super fast processing and dispatching. The mat is perfect for our little one great for tummy time, learning to roll and crawl. Takes a lot of stress off the mind about them rolling and knocking their heads. Looks great too.

Purchased an ‘imperfect’ mat to keep the cost down. The only imperfection was on the other side to the side I use so it’s perfect for me. So comfy for myself and my little one. Fits under my sofa for easy storage. All around great investment

Great purchase, definitely recommend
Great quality, just what I was looking for. Heard about Totter and Tumble but came across Little Fae and the quality is exactly the same, but about £40 cheaper. Lots of designs to choose from and love the fact it is reversible.
Quick delivery despite getting an email with discount code as the owner was going to be on holiday. Very pleased and would definitely purchase again.

In regards to the mat, I particularly love the pastel colour schemes as these don’t seem available anywhere else.

Great product
Great product, love the print and the fact it’s got a different pattern on both sides. It’s super spongy. I emailed asking for an update on delivery and had a quick response. Overall happy with product and the service, great value for money. I would highly recommend.

Great product
Received our play-mat within the time promised. The material is really nice as are the patterns on both sides. Since having it my baby has not stopped rolling onto his belly. I think it’s going to be great for helping him learn to develop. I have also used it for a workout. Really easy to clean. It’s great to support a small business too.
