Super smooth coffee. I prefer the pod format. Well priced.

I havé mare an order many weeks ago but nothing received. I have now tried to cancel in case order still coming as I am away for next three months but heard nothing. I have also left message via direct chat which wasn’t answered. It’s such a shame as I previously was gifted this coffee which is absolutely sensational (blue mountain type ) but the customer service or lack of contact is so frustrating.

Ordered coffee directly from the website. My order was slightly delayed, but the owner responded swiftly when I sent an email and got the order out to me quickly. Amazing coffee, really great taste ( I tried ground and beans). Quite mellow, but this suits my palette! Ended up purchasing again, but via John Lewis' website.

I didn‘t receive item last time, I was told it‘s system error and I gor refund. So I ordered again. This time still no item, and no response.

Item finally arrived so I changed my rating. I like their coffee, hope their business more and more on tract.
