Little Australian has a great variety of toys for young kids. I love the goods I have received plush farm animals with sounds and have recommended them to my family and friends. The service is fantastic. The quality is amazing. Highly recommended company. The delivery service is great.

These cups are absolutely perfect for little hands. Good quality. Fabulous product.

We ordered three push pop consoles and ended up with two having problems - the issue with the manufacturer and not the supplier, however Little Australian replaced them with no problems. Thanks for the good follow up support!

We had ordered two of these car ipad holders and are very pleased with this product. It works perfectly and as intended. Both of our little ones have their own screens they can watch on our road trips.

The quality if the holders seem pretty good and sturdy.

Ordered the magnetic blocks. It has been a month and still not arrived. The product is being shipped from China. This is not an Australian business based in Australia.

I ordered the piano music mat for my grandson, thinking I was buying something Australian made. I was very disappointed to receive a product made in China.
The box is battered and not really something presentable as a gift. On examining the contents, there was a weird looking white patch on the reverse side. I've managed to brush most of it off but I'm not sure if it was mould.

I contacted the supposed Australian company saying exactly that, and received this reply -

We're an Australian company, but we work with an international fulfillment partner to ensure we have stock available year-round. This means that some orders are shipped from our partner's warehouse instead of our Australian warehouse.

Unfortunately, your item was out of stock locally, so it was shipped from our international warehouse instead. Rest assured, it's exactly the same product and quality only the shipping location is different. This allows us to avoid long out of stock periods and continue fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. We also sincerely apologize for the condition of the packaging and for the white patch you noticed on the reverse side of the mat. We take concerns about product cleanliness and quality very seriously."

That was it. Don't be fooled. The product is NOT Australian made. I won't be giving this as a gift as it looks cheap and nasty, particularly with the suspect white bloom on the back.

Upon further investigation, I cannot find an ABN for this company and the PayPal payment confirmation has the name firstrides.de, along with a German phone number.

If you want to support an Australian business or buy Australian made, I recommend not buying from this company.

I am really disappointed in the false advertising. They say they are a family owned Australian company with good quality toys. Definitely leads the customer to believe that one is ordering quality Australian toys locally in Australia.
I bought presents for my grandsons. They were intended to be good long lasting gifts. Sadlly they just look cheap.The packaging is already damaged in transit. They are poor quality. Every single purchase has Chinese labelling on the box. VERY disappointed. Totally regret this purchase.

The service from Little Australian from order placement to delivery was excellent, fast and efficient. Our 3 year old grandson absolutely took to Magnetic Fridge Learning Magnets immediately. He set them up on the fridge himself and started to group them by their colours. Great developmental toy for him. They have a great selection of similar toys so I will be buying more from Little Australian again.

It’s was a wonderful experience, this product was true to size perfect for a toddler, my grandson loved it instantly, he was intrigued every bee was sensory . It was also practical with the bees in the hive , easy to take anywhere.

I originally purchased 2 items for a new grandson. On arrival the items were fine however presentation boxes were badly damaged by the courier. I contacted Little Australian and their response was immediate sending replacements at their expense. Items arrived safe and they are excellent for our new addition. Can not praise highly enough for the customer service and quick solution.

This little farm and the animals are great. I love how it says the name of the animal first then makes their noises. My 5 month old grandson loves it.

The package took a very long time to arrive. Items were missing in the pack. The products that did arrive were of very poor standard. Not Australian. Also they advertise 30 days money back, NOT the case!! Avoid this company on all accounts!!!

I ordered the air hockey portable game. The game arrived two weeks after the order and the puck was faulty. I reached out explaining that the toy was faulty. I was asked to send photos and videos of the toy which were sent through.
I was then further contacted and asked to rearrange the batteries which we had done multiple times. All we asked for was the toy be replaced. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site, not only was the item faulty but the service we received from Kim was very poor.
My eight year old was extremely disappointed.
Terrible service and experience.
I would recommend ordering from any other site but Littleaustralian.

NOT AUSTRALIAN. Deceiving advertising, that this is an Australian company which it is not. I made a purchase, thinking it would not take long to arrive, but it is coming from China and has been delayed in transit and too late now for what I wanted it for.

Quick delivery, accurate description. Grand daughter loves the little animals.

What a pleasent experience it has been dealing with "Littleaustralian" The site is easy to navigate & the Little Farm House is better in real life & well made & the animal sounds & names are clear & in an Australian accent . The baby hasn't played with it yet but the Grandparents have. Such a great gift to give a loved one.

Toys came from China so long delivery time. A lot smaller than what appears on Instagram. One of the animals was not working and they are not great quality at all. Mine will now be sent to charity.

Do not buy from this company.
They are not Australian and they sell rubbish.
It all looks good on social media etc but it’s crap.
Ripped off.

I purchased XL Magnetic Building Blocks × and require a full refund.
The quality of the product was not at all what was advertised and sub par. The thin plastic blocks aren’t sturdy at all and fall apart. The tiny plastic sleeve holding the magnet and the magnet itself all come apart which becomes a choking hazard for little kids. Even when not coming apart, the magnet is only on one side and has not magnetic strength so if you get the sides right you can barely stick two together but that’s all. Not what I expected and not what was advertised.

Enclosed card says “Welcome to our little Australian family” - what rubbish. I ordered the Friendship bracelet kit “suitable for beginners” as a gift for 9 y.o. Kit has arrived with no instructions, and as an intelligent adult even I am at a loss what to do.
It says on website “30 days money back” which I think would be wishful thinking.
Even the way it was packaged, the bag containing items was folded into seal of envelope and was cut through when opening.
An absolute waste of money.?
