It was a miserable experience as an agency worker, working at little apples. One staff member at the baby room was glaring at me and is really rude and condesending towards me, making me feel insecure and doubting myself constantly.

Also why was it a good idea to give staff members only 30 minutes break, and still expect us to still work 9am - 6pm? Most nurseries offer 1 hour breaks, as they should. The staff room is cramped, filled with food, so in other words it is non existant.

Overall terrible experience. The staff members seem either stressed out, jaded or miserable. I never want to work in an enviroment like that again.

My daughter has been going to little apples for 1.5 years and I couldn't rate it highly enough. The staff are extremely caring and tentative, my daughter always leaves smiling and happy at the end of the day. Couldn't ask for anything else! Keep up the great work!

Our son has been attending Little Apples since June 2020 during lockdown when he was 8.5 months old. He has has the most amazing time there and has bonded with the fantastic staff. He often talks about the staff on the way to nursery, excited to see them. All the staff make the effort to know him, even if they are not directly in his room. We really appreciate the daily updates/diary and I’ve been impressed with the weekly topics/themes which allows me to chat to my son about the things he’s been doing all week. I have no doubt he has learnt so much in the last year and a half. He is absolutely thriving and a lot is credit to the experience he’s had at little apples. The management themselves have been brilliant with helping with short notice changes or extra days due to emergencies. As shift workers, we have found the flexibility to be a lifeline and we are so grateful

Little Apples is a fantastic Nursery/Pre - school. My daughter went from age 2 until she started reception and she could not have been any more prepared for school.

The staff and facilities are amazing!

I visited several nurseries in the area before choosing Little Apples. The staff were so engaged and I liked the class sizes/age ranges for each class. My daughter started going at 18 months. I was still quite anxious about leaving her (in any nursery), but the staff were so nurturing and caring, that not only did she settle quickly they also made me feel at peace about leaving her there. She is now 3.5 and has learned so much there. She absolutely loves going to nursery and always talks about the staff and how much she loves them. I have, on occasion, asked who her fav is. She always proceeds to reel off all the staff names 1 by 1, even those from previous years, as she cannot pick just one. Little Apples has helped me out loads too. When I was training and needed to rejig my hours, they were so helpful, accommodating, and flexible. Recommend 100%.

My son started Little Apples January 2021 when he was 7 months old. I researched every possible nursery in the area (hadn't found Little Apples at this point) and none of the nurseries that I looked at felt right. My neighbour had a child at another nursery which they weren't happy with and moved them to Little Apples and they came highly recommended. I noticed it was Ofsted outstanding so booked to meet Alex the Manager for a tour and it felt right (parents instinct). My son has been there for 11 months now and I like the app updates about what and when he eats, sleeps and photo updates of the activities they carry out. We have even done a sports day over zoom this year and a parents evening. Special mention to Michelle and Emily who work in the baby room who have been great.

Little Apples is a brilliant nursery with a fantastic committed team. They really care for and help encourage the kids and I've seen my own daughter really blossom under their care. The facilities are great and the team are always available to help. Very happy!

My two year old started at Little Apples following us moving to the area in July. She had previously attended nursery so we were a bit anxious about her starting all over again. The team were fantastic at Little Apples in settling her in. She was very hesitant of all the new faces and the new environment, but after a few weeks the nursery was pretty much second nature to her. The staff are amazing here and they communicate so well to us parents. Through they app use, we can see a breakdown of what’s happened through the day. I find this reassuring as I know all my daughter has been up to. It’s also a form of constant communication through the day. I love their focused approach to learning and I can tell what my daughter has been up to because she comes home telling us new exciting things which we know we haven’t taught her. There’s a theme nearly every week and through each theme they find creative ways to teach the children keeping the theme through each activity. She’s matured so much in four months and I know the nursery has something to do with it. The nursery itself is very clean and the staff are presentable. They also give a great handover at the end of the day!

Choosing a nursery for your little one is a huge step but all I can say is that sending my daughter to little apples was the best decision. The staff is phenomenal, their knowledge, care and all over support was amazing from day one. My daughter has gained incredible confidence thanks to Little Apples, she has learnt so much before going to school and she had the best time. The nursery/ preschool takes pride in what they do and it all shows on how happy the children are. I can’t recommend them enough. Plus their food is amazing too!

Little Apples is a fantastic all around nursery. From the very first phone call to enquire about my son starting to an year on we are so happy with the service.My youngest was a very clingy baby and I just needed a break. I was extremely nervous leaving him but they were all so reassuring and caring. My son absolutely loves it here and even asks if he has nursery on weekends. He has been doing Spanish classes and his confidence has grown in leaps and bounds. The food is fab and the communication between staff and parents is brilliant. They except nursery vouchers so inclusive for all. I feel Little Apples have set up my son so well for starting school next September. They are always on hand to answer any questions on the phone by email or even face to face, nothing is too u much trouble. I wish I had found this nursery when I had my first son.

Both my son and daughter attended little apples from 1 year old - preschool. They absolutely loved it there, the settling in sessions were very flexible and the room leaders were happy to set more or less sessions, whatever was needed to make us all feel comfortable.
The nursery has given both my son and daughter the best start we could have ever asked for. When starting school they were more than ready and knew a lot more than was expected of them, through the nurseries brilliant learning strategies.
I would definitely recommend sending your child to Little Apples Day Nursery, they are all fantastic and you become part of a great family community.

I wanted to write a review to explain how blown away we are with little apples nursery. Choosing a nursery can be a long process as it’s such an important decision, our son has been attending Little Apples for 6months now and the whole process has been so easy, in terms of settling in, he loves it, we love it. There’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is being given the best care, and learning/developing in a safe environment. The staff go above and beyond, are so personable and friendly and it feels like a second home. I would highly recommend Little Apples to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. Thank you!

My son has enjoyed every single day at this nursery. He absolutely loves it. The staff are the best and I have zero worries leaving him there. Its fantastic!

My little boy has attended since he was 7 months old, he has definitely excelled being there his speech is very advanced. I love that i am able to see what he is doing at the nursery on the days he attends from an app we have. He absolutely loves the girls and is always so happy when he knows that we are at the nursery. Highly recommended for all your little ones .

I have had 2 sons attend Little Apples from 9 months through to leaving for Primary School. I have am very happy with my boys care, it's been so comforting to know how well cared for they are at nursery. Also how prepared for School they are having gone through pre school with Little Apples. Communication has always been brilliant and the staff very informative and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. Amazing.

My daughter has been at Little Apples for almost 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! She has learnt so much during her time there and has gained so much confidence.
