They take your money but don't send the books
Lit Haven Boutique is basically a very sophisticated scam. They make all their books pre-orders with estimated ship out dates to months later.
This prevents you from opening a case with PayPal as it is very likely you keep waiting past the 180 days mark to open a case against the company and try to get your money back.
Their customer service either takes days to respond or just flat out ignore you.
Don't be fooled by the beautiful mockups of the books they supposedly sell. You will just end up with a loss of your money.

Be careful
Be careful. The mock ups of the books this company sells look pretty but I wouldn’t be able to tell you what the quality is because I have not received a single thing I ordered from them.
This company has a whole lot of issues. They don’t give refunds even when their books are over 6 months overdue. If you want a refund because the product didn’t arrive when they said it would you need to file a claim with your bank. I have no idea if I will ever get my order from them because they don’t communicate.
They are very expensive and their customer service is very flippant and defensive. Basically not listening because the books will be “worth the wait” not understanding that they have an obligation to their customer to actually provide the product they sold when they said they would and if they can’t offer the customer a chance to get a refund.
I wont be buying from them again.
