Don’t use this service!! Take your money and booking quickly but the service fee is massive and there’s no service!

I tried to book an had no communication from the person I booked through. We were meant to leave to collect the bike and nothing to confirm or any communication.

I tried to contact to company and all I got was robots who went in between English and Dutch that just kept directing me back to the chat where I started. Such a stressful morning with no help.

Ending up using Lemonbikes directly - much better!

Mir wurden vor 4 Tagen mehrere hundert Euro abgebucht ohne dass mir ein Rad / Buchung bestätigt wurde. Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme per Email, Tel, WhatsApp verlief ins Leere. Der Link zum Blog läuft auch ins Leere. Ich vermute es handelt sich um Betrug. Ich versuche die Überweisung anzufechten.
Schade, das Konzept klang schlüssig.

Ich hatte eine rundum großartige Erfahrung mit ListNRide bei einer Fahrradmiete in Hamburg! Die Buchung war super einfach und übersichtlich, und schon nach wenigen Klicks hatte ich das perfekte Bike für meine Tour gefunden. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich.

Das Fahrrad war in einem top Zustand – sauber, hervorragend gewartet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Übergabe verlief pünktlich und unkompliziert, sodass ich direkt losfahren konnte. Hamburg mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden war einfach fantastisch und hat meinen Aufenthalt enorm bereichert.

Besonders positiv fand ich, wie professionell und zuverlässig alles ablief. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Ich würde ListNRide jederzeit wieder nutzen und kann den Service uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Rented a bike via ListnRide and had a very poor experience.

I paid €86 upfront (~€66 for the bike + ~€20 in platform/insurance fees). Within minutes of pickup, the bike felt unsafe to ride — the steering kept pulling left/right and required significant force to correct, which is dangerous in city traffic. I returned the bike immediately and contacted ListnRide with photos, a video, and a detailed explanation.

The owner claimed the bike was fine. ListnRide stated they are “just the platform” and that the payout had already been sent to the owner. As a result, they refused to refund the rental amount and only offered to return ~€18–20 in fees as a “goodwill” gesture.

In my view, returning an unsafe bike right away should not mean paying for the rental anyway. This experience showed that if there’s a safety issue in a peer-to-peer rental, customer protection can be very limited.

I won’t be using this service again.

I rented a bike at the last minute, and was surprised at the options I had in my neighbourhood. Easily 5 bikes in walking distance I could pick from. Fetching the bike was super easy. The owner came to meet us and explained the bike functionality. He even lent us helmets. The bike it self was great and we had an awesome time through this service. Can not recommend enough!

Die website ist eine Katastrophe. Es wird zwar irgendwo erwähnt, dass man die Möglichkeit ein bestimmtes Fahrrad zu mieten,anfragen könne,es
scheint dafür aber gar kein brauchbares EDV-Formular
zu geben. Der Chat scheint heillos überfordert.Auf die Frage,wie man ein Fahrrad anfragen -Schweigen im Walde

I've been renting out my mountain bike for years now with ListNRide and always had a great experience! I even made some new friends to ride with through the platform. Would highly recommend!

PS: a lot of the bad reviewers on here seem to be unaware that it's not ListNRide renting out the bikes...think of it like AirBnB for bikes. They have no impact on availability and responses of their users.

Excellent no hassle bicycle booking. The only thing missing is being able to modify/extend the booking – First we wanted to adjust the pick up time and it wasn't possible, then we wanted to extend our booking and had to do a new one. Otherwise reliable service and no shenanigans with the payments – all went smooth.

Very easy to find a bike at an ideal price. Good communication and secure payment method.. Would recommend if you're struggling finding a place to hire!
