We were travelling to Lisbon with children aged 2 and 3 years old. The booking was easy, either online or via WhatsApp. The car seats didn't cost extra (like at other transfer providers). I also appreciated that you could pay a deposit first and the remaining amount to the driver directly (it was via card one time, and cash the other time). Driver to collect us at the airport was a few minutes late, but WhatsApp support was working perfectly. Cars/Vans are spotless, and the drivers know how to install the child car seats. Driver back to the airport was on time and even jumped out of the van to drop our postcards into a postbox. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service from the whole team of drivers at Lisbon Direct! We used their services for the entire time we were there and cannot say enough good things. We were there with our 5 month old for which they provided a great car seat.

From the first moment I started talking with Lisbon Direct everything just clicked so well - scheduling the ride through WhatsApp was easy and smooth, the agent was super nice and they offered a very competitive and affordable price. Our driver went above and beyond in the airport when meeting us, helped with our (huge) luggage and was friendly and helpful. He even stopped mid way for us to buy a few things in the grocery shop without additional pay and even though it was well past 10pm. I recommend to anyone to get an offer from them you will not regret it.

We came to Portugal for a festival on a remote location. Lisbon Direct made the whole trip a more pleasant experience. We organized a shuttle to take us to the location, the service was great, they had water ready for us after our flight and also made a quick stop by our request so we could quickly grab some food, it was late at night. Two days before the festival ended, our friends unfortunately canceled our plan to drive us from the festival to the airport. Lisbon Direct - André quickly helped us with last minute shuttle which he provided, we had bad service and André made sure to let us know as quickly as possible he managed to organize a last minute shuttle for me and my friends.

Thank you Lisbon Direct team! I would and definitely will recommend your service to anyone coming to Portugal.

Booked a shuttle from Waking Life back to Lisbon with these guys. It was a 10/10 experience. They are communicative, responsive, and flexible. Everything was so smooth. The shuttle driver was really nice and the ride was easy. Also very affordable. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Great experience overall. Modern van equipped with everything. We received water and offers to charge our phones. Very acommodating for requests for stops along the route. Also great, safe driving! That's important. Realy enjoyd the ride and really recommend this company!

Great experience - all the ease and comfort I needed after a 7 day festival! Our driver greeted me with a bottle of water and was able to charge my phone for me!

Fast and efficient service we travelled with 2 kids with alot of luggage and we had a Mercedes modern van to pick us up from the Airport to the hotel. A++
