Absolutely awful customer service utterly ignoring my request for a return address and refund when clothes were not what I expected. Will be looking to take this further as I will not be fobbed off by such an awful company and experience

Saw 2 beautiful dresses ideal for my daughters wedding. Got caught up in the excitement of finding the perfect dress. Ordered and then sent the pictures to my daughter. Now she is smarter than me she did a check on the company read the reviews and told me to cancel the order as they are not based in London but China and you can get the dresses I ordered for £100 for £15 on Aliexpress . This company has many different websites all selling the same dresses.
I immediately emailed the same day and requested a cancellation. Despite them saying all correspondence would be answered within 24 hrs I heard nothing within this time. so I emailed again and again and again finally after 4 days I got a response stating that my order had been dispatched so it was not possible to cancel. I asked for a return address in fact I requested a return address 5 times but got no reply. As it was being delivered by Yodel. I changed the delivery option and had it go to a locker knowing if I did not collect it. It would be returned to sender. I then started a charge back with my credit card company. (First sensible thing I did with this order was pay by CC)
Now few weeks on the dresses where never collected by me and are now on their way back to China and I have received a full refund from my credit card company.
I learnt a good lesson when something appears to good to be true it usually isn't.

Oh I did get an email, when they heard I had made a request for a charge back, asking me to give them more time. I decided to treat it the same way they treated my email. IGNORED IT

I hope this stops just 1 person from buying from them. Total scammers

Please do not buy anything as this is NOT A UK based company and you do not receive your goods - only a tracking number and then no further email communication when I constantly chased! Totally taken in by this scam and I am now going through my credit card for my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM Lisa London ‼️‼️‼️

Actually REALLY disappointment with myself that I didn't read these reviews first, as everyone appears to be having the same experience.
I am stuck with nearly £200 of exceptionally low quality dresses (that are so bad I haven't even tried them on) that they won't let me return (Shien would definitely have been a better option).
Even in the sale the price does not reflect the low quality. And the pictures DO NOT match the items received.
They won't even give me a refund for a dress I ordered that wasn't received!
Somehow I got sucked into negotiating a 30% refund and I would keep the goods, but they have since stopped replying to my emails.
STAY WELL CLEAR.

I wish I had read the earlier reviews before I ordered. Dress arrived should be a size M but looks like a size UK 6. Emailed them and they asked me to measure it, which I did now I have emailed twice with no response. Will have to go to my credit card company, which they know so they make the money in the first instance and the credit card company have to pay us back. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE !!

Thought I was purchasing high quality product from the UK. Reality is poor quality product shipped from China. I was expecting high quality product to arrive within a few days, instead I was horrified when I was sent tracking for shipment from China and it took 4 weeks to arrive. Definitely misled by the website: I always thought I was quite savvy and careful with online purchases, but this got me! I am in the middle of an email wrangle with them to get a refund. So far, unsuccessful.

This company is living proof of why there needs to be an option for zero stars!!!
The Lisa-London website uses pictures of high quality items but sends poorly made, cheap copies. Their returns policy claims you can return items within 14days but when you ask for returns details they refuse to provide address & only offer you a series of free items or a partial refund only! As a result I have taken it up with my bank & am currently looking into reporting the company to action fraud police.
I’m now £65 down & stuck with 2 dresses, neither of which look anything like what I ordered, both are ill fitting & not worthy of anything more than a duster or rag!!!

Wish I had seen this before ordering - as every other person on this thread leaving a review has said this is a scam site using photographs from other websites drop shipping random awful clothing from China. I requested a refund and the seller refused only offering a 10% discount or wanting me to take measurements on the clothing and so instigated a charge back through my bank. The email correspondence from the seller was unhelpful only offering a discount on the biggest pile of rubbish I have ever received online i. spite of a clearly published refund policy. AVOID!!!

Yup..it's a scam..despite the realistic looking website. Definitely not in london and won't adhere to refund policy when you receive the cheap products.

The clothing I received was nothing like what was shown on the website — cheap materials, poor quality, and completely misrepresented. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to help. I had no choice but to report them to my bank’s fraud department.
Absolutely terrible experience. I don’t know how they’re still operating. Avoid at all costs!

One star is generous. Ordered two dresses for a wedding, a month and a half later and they still haven't even been dispatched! Tried to contact numerous times but getting no response. Going to have to try and go through my bank to get a full refund, absolute joke

Received this email - she is closing down- I reported the following to action fraud, my bank and trading standards. As she has not acknowledged my right for a refund due to failed service

Scam website - not a London uk based company as the website states. Clothes are drop shipped from China and are horrendous quality and fitting (I genuinely thought it was a joke when they arrived). I’ve tried to get a full refund and they have refused to offer a returns address and said I cannot have a full refund. I am currently going through my NatWest bank fraud department to get over £100 back. AVOID!!!

Firstly, I had to chase them for confirmation that I had placed an order as no invoice or email was provided after I had made payment. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of the order confirmation so I used that to contact them and I was sent tracking details, but still NO invoice. The tracking information showed the dress was being shipped from outside the UK and it eventually arrived 11 days after the order was placed. On arrival it was poor quality and bore little resemblance to the image on the website so we took the immediate decision to return it.
Good luck with that! They offered to send another dress at no extra cost, I declined. They offered a 10% discount, I declined. They offered a 20% discount, I declined...well, you see where this is going. Anyway, they offered increasing amounts of refund in each email response to my return request until they got to 30%, then it was pretty much take it or leave it.
I informed them that I was entitled to return the item under distance selling and consumer protection regulations but they weren't interested so I told them that I'd be initiating a chargeback with my credit company, which I did this morning.
AVOID!!!!

What a scam! How they are allowed to set all the payments method to look so real! The website looks so real I never doubted the website! So please be aware , of this website and do not buy and fall and be another victim of the scam! They website is really sofisticated! How they are still operating I really don't know! SCAM

I would give no stars if I could. Please do not buy. Total scam. Poor quality sizing not right From China. I am not going to let this lie going to report this. Why can I not return if not suitable.

Awful Spam Site!! Refused to give a refund or let me return items despite ‘14 day money back Guarantee’ on their website. Refused to comply with their own return policy. I contacted them within hours of the clothes being delivered! Avoid this company at all costs! Plus to top it off their clothes are awful quality.

Total scam! Chinese company masquerading as a British company with a very authentic looking website. Money taken immediately on order. Clothes took weeks to deliver despite my attempts to cancel as they had not shipped. The items finally arrived and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Cheap nasty fabric and did not fit. Company will not respond to refund requests so I’m stuck with rubbish items that I’m embarrassed to even donate to charity. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

This site is a scam. I have reported it to google and Instagram.
