THiS IS A SCAM!!! Order a decanter, paid a fortune for 3 day delivery and gave me the date it was supposed to be here. It arrived 5 days after shipping. Seal was broken, box was wet, smelled like bourbon, the decanter was broken and paint pealing off. They refused a refund and told me they would replace. That was a week ago and now they aren’t answering my emails. Horrible horrible le company and scam!!

I ordered 12 bottles of Blanton's and they shipped them unprotected and they arrived with a bottle temperature of 128 degrees. They are ruined so I refused delivery and they were sent back to sender. The seller, "Liquor Bar Delivery" only refunded 1/2 of the money and for 6 months now I have been disputing this charge. Just like all the other reviews state.....This business is crooked!

My experience with Liquorbar was very positive. Received order confirmation and five days later I received the bottles packed very well. Very pleased with this company. Was worried looking at other comments but mine personal experience was great. Thanks Todd

Ordered product, received e-mail notification that it was on its way with a provided UPS tracking # & delivery date of 3/18/25. UPS reported the pkg was not in their possession yet. On the delivery date, 3/18/25, received an e-mail from the seller (LBD) that the product was out of stock. No explanation. Would not recommend patronizing this business.

I purchased (2) sets of bourbon. Both included Blantons and Weller. One delivery, when opened was covered in bourbon. You could smell it right away. The five bottles had been shoved together with nothing between them and wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap, however "supposedly" the heat caused the seal to leak on the Blanton's bottle. The most expensive bottle in the set and what would have brought the most money for our charity auction. (United Way of Sumner County Gala). I send video of opening the package and still shots of the bottle. I offered to send it back and asked for a replacement. They refused

I had a terrible experience with [Liquor Bar Delivery]. I purchased a bottle for $350 as a keepsake, expecting it to increase in value over time. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived damaged, making it completely worthless as a collectible.
I do not drink, No one in my family does, so this was purely an investment. After months of back-and-forth, the company refused to properly address the issue and only refunded me $20 which is unacceptable. Their customer service was unresponsive and dismissive.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering, as I would have avoided this company. Buyers beware! If you expect quality service and fair resolutions, look elsewhere.

My experience with ordering from your company has been very poor. I ordered about a week ago and quickly realized I put in the wrong address. I left multiple voicemails and tried to call a few more times with no response. Now the package arrives and is under a pound of bubble wrap and the gift bag I purchased is for a bottle of wine.
Truly no care was given to my order and my google review will reflect as much.

I purchased a Springbank 21.
The failed to deliver the box with the bottle. The shipment was packed with crumbled Whole Foods shopping/garbage bags
Delivery date was 2 weeks late.

I got scammed out of 400$! Product was never even sent to UPS. No answers from customer service! NO RETURNS! They steal the money and you can’t request it back

This company sent me the wrong item. They pretended to help me correct their error, but ended up ghosting me when they realized they did not actually have the $400 bottle they advertised. They then proceeded to misrepresent themselves to my credit card company as if they did nothing wrong. Never got what I paid for and they said everything went as a normal transaction with them would occur.

Purchase warning from this company and they set me What they thought was an equal replacement because they didn't have the items [liquor] advertised. As a result they sent me a similar [by far not similar] replacement. When I asked for a refund they said they are not refunding me becuase they sent a similar item. Which if you buy a particular item you should receive what u paid for not what a company thinks is comperible.

Ordered a specific bottle of Tequilla and the company sent a different cheaper bottle and refuse to send me what I paid for. They will never answer the phone and rarely answer emails.

Horrible customer service. I keep getting either hung up on, or no one answers the phone. No wonder they have a no refund policy...so they can take your money and not deliver any product. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

So unbelievably irritated with this “company”. I placed my order well over a week ago with “guaranteed “ delivery by Christmas. Well Christmas is 4 days away and it still has not shipped. Every time I call or email I get the runaround. Stay far away from this place, I don’t even call it a company because it’s a scam.

Like all the other negative reviews I also had a miserable experience with this company...I ordered over $400 worth of bourbon on December 4th and 19 days later I have nothing...No replies to voice mail messages and emails....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are non-responsive and completely unhelpful. An error happened during checkout on their end and they refused to even acknowledge the multiple emails and phone calls I made to them. Once I did speak with someone named, Melanie, she was awful and rude. Buy liquor from ANYWHERE else.

I purchased an item and took out the insurance in case of any issues.

I was told it was delivered, but I'd not received the delivery.

I tracked down UPS who couldn't provide proof of signature, as they were told by Liquor Bar Delivery that it didn't need to be signed for. All alcohol products need to be signed for.

UPS don't care and have cancelled my claim, and even though I took out extra insurance from Liquor Bar Delivery, they've failed to respond to my latest emails.

I will be taking this further

Worst service and communication I have ever dealt with. Sent me the wrong bottle, I then returned that bottle and had to dispute the charge. DO NOT TRUST THEM! LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ON BBB!
