A lovely calming environment

Lovely, welcoming, very modern and very new reception area that smells delightful. Tea and coffee are available while you want. The treatment rooms are also very new and impeccably clean.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. Initial consultation was cancelled twice, the second cancellation after checking in, whilst I was waiting to be seen. The reception at the hospital had not been told and the secretary was unreachable and unapologetic. Fuming!

Superb experience

I was quickly seen by my dermatologist when I arrived. The area was clean and I was shown around the waiting area by the receptionist and was offered water/tea/coffee allowing me to feel settled in quickly.

Great Private Healthcare company

LIPS have been great throughout my care, keeping me up to date and in contact with the lead clinicians and specialists. They are super easy to deal with and very patient focused in everything they do.

Everything was fine apart from long delay.

Poor experience

I had a poor experience with Dr Polychronis Pavlidis's team, unfortunately, as there was a lack of communication, follow ups, and I ended up chasing my results and help for month and a half... And I still do.

Good experience with Dr Muglu

So far my experience with Dr Muglu has been good. He took his time to explain the issues that I had and went through the best options for me.

He is a Dr who has a lot of knowledge and experience and I am looking to have him do my operation.

I’m glad I chose the correct Dr to help me.
