Lipovia is a Scam!

Lipovia is a scam. After placing ONE order with them, they have been trying to charge the one-time use credit card daily for a subscription I did not authorize. Their phone number listed on their website 323-776-1816 is disconnected. They do not reply to emails either. Stay away!!!

Sent me an order that I did not authorize and has failed to return my calls or answer any of the correspondence I sent to them!
It has been a week and I shall be authorizing my lawyer to gather my information for a lawsuit!
Not a reputable company! Beware

I would rate actually less than 1 star. Was charged over $70.00 and no way to get it back even though when ordered there were promises of money back guarantee. DEFINITELY SCAM. Phone number got someone who said she couldn't hear me, there were tons of voices in the background, obvious scam tactic. My card was compromised after this order and I believe it was this company. Would definitely like money back and will try email, but am not hopeful.

this is a scam it doesn't work I want to return for Money back but can't get ahold nobody all of a sudden the number doesn't work it said money back guaranteed well I want my money back and you can this product that doesn't work if I don't get answer or don't het my money back I'm getting my lawyer involved as another custom they took 165 and what ever change for more then I wanted never deal with these people I. even sent to cancel this product but they still continued to take money and send it

Zero stars - Fraud

I ordered $69 worth of patches. They sent me $300 worth of patches. I spent $25 to send the products back (which were not as advertised). They said they would send a refund and they did not. This company is a scam.

Unauthorized changes

1 month after I received the patches I got another charge from Lipovia usa. Tried to contact the company, but the webside is down and they didn't answer the phone.
Definitely scam.

BEWARE!!!…

The product and customer service both deserve zero stars.
Charged double - tried email, tried calling-never got my calls returned Never got email reply.
Took over 2 weeks to show up and couldn’t track my order either .
The patches don’t even stick .

Patches are useless

Patches are useless, charged me over $70 and described the order as “ sporting goods”, cannot contact any customer service, email not answered and the phone number given is now no longer in service! Filed fraudulent charges with my bank and reported them to BBB. This is a SCAM!!

I was charged for products I didn't order

I was charged for products I didn't order, have emailed, and called, no response. You can't track your order either, their website after you order isn't accessible. Guess it's time to go to the BBB and Attorney General and see if that gets me anywhere. Now April 13th. I received Lipovia's response, asking me to contact them, which I have already done, but did again with the whole transcription of this interaction. I will repost if I don't get a reply to my 6th email.

Have emailed multiple times about their product not working. Patches barely stick to the skin. Been asking for a refund and they send another order charging me double. No phone number to contact.

BIG FRAUD

This is a big fraud, the weight loss patches are useless. I have also been charged an additional 77.00 for another shipment that I DID NOT authorize, have tried calling and e-mails to no avail. So going to my bank to dispute charges. DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP, Like this old woman did, I am73 and they swindled me.

Scam product.

I have had no luck getting a hold of them to cancel my subscription. Paid for 6 months worth of garbage that does not do what it says it does. There are real people out here trying to lose weight who cannot afford GLP-1 shots. My weight has me so depressed and that was just made worse by this scam product! What’s worse is their website is not even real.

SCAMMERS

Reached out to company using the support number. The lady who answered my call stated that my order was coming from their warehouse and told her that we was being charged a 2 time and that we never approved them to be able to get any more money from our account. She stated that she would credit back our account for that . We got a email stating that we would refunded the 77.00 dollars. NEVER HAPPENED. Told to give our order a couple more weeks. So we did. NOTHING. They made sure that they posted the order was in transit. Been calling the support number NO ONE ANSWERS NOW. Leave messages at least 2 to 3 times a week. NO ONE REACHES OUT TO US ABOUT ANY OF THE FRAUD THAT THEY HAVE DONE.
HAD TO RATE THE COMPANY WITH A STAR. I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE THEM A -5.
