Spent ten years in in and outpatient programs, this has been the best yet.

Recently transferred to OP after completing the IOP phase work. Group and individual therapists have been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have attended several of your online meetings and intend on going to them indefinitely. I would definitely recommend Lion Rock.

I had been drinking all day, everyday for the last 2 years. I hid my drinking. People knew I drank, but no one really knew the full extent my alcoholism. Obtaining, consuming and erasing evidence of alcohol was the stuff my days were made of. One evening in April 2020, I found myself on the way home, driving my kids down the highway, thinking "I should not be driving, this is not right." After an altercation with my 13 year old daughter and a restless night, I told my husband the truth: I had a problem and I needed help. I did a Google search for IOP and LionRock was the first result. I was too nauseous to make a phone call, so I submitted an online form. Someone called me that afternoon, checked my insurance benefits and set an appointment with a counselor that same day. Bonus... it was all online. I got sober during a pandemic because of LionRock. This was a life changing decision. Life can be hard, but I don't have to drink over it now.

This place was absolutely horrible I won't recommend it to anybody the people there are very rude! I'm not even sure why I'm feeling this out right now because I could give two cents what they think I found what I'm looking for oxytocin in Kalispell Montana where I have one-on-one contact and group therapy with people I actually get to see in person not on the internet I would not recommend this place to anybody it didn't work for me!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience attending online alcohol coaching sessions. I received the support I needed to stay clean. I’m so happy to say I am almost one full year sober and it’s been a life changer for me. The coaches at Lionrock are fabulous. The curriculum has been well constructed and if followed by attendees, can make all the difference. Here is the biggest and best part; if you fall down, everyone at Lionrock and in your group picks you up. They don’t abandon you or extricate you from participating in recovery.

Lionrock saved my life. The group I was in became like family and the work I was required to do caused a major breakthrough in my life and growth as a person. The shame I initially felt when I asked for help was ameliorated by meeting so many intelligent, kind, and amazing people with the same problem as me. I am happy and incredibly proud to say that, a year and a half into my sobriety, I have never been happier. Lionrock is a no brainer. It’s an all online program that you can do from the privacy of your own home. Do it!

Lionrock was great. I had counselors who actually cared and were available when I needed them, not just during scheduled times. I’ve been sober over a year thanks to the work I’ve done with lionrock.

Becca and Amanda have been wonderful to work with for Group IOP. They encourage candid feedback and provide helpful suggestions. Jodi was great as my individual counsel and she will be missed. Her replacement Lou seems to be very talented and has offered good suggestions and tools.

Lionrock is fresh new, with some of the old, look at recovery. You will definitely be given the tools needed to get and keep you sober. The groups are very powerful and helps you to realize your not in this alone. I have much respect and highly recommend Lionrock to anyone wanting to be happy, sober.

Incredible vision. Great people. Helping many people live better lives. Most helpful and valuable service I've ever experienced in this space. Happy and so lucky to find them.

I’m so glad that I did the IOP and OP programs through Lionrock. I’m 198 days sober and feeling great. The individual and group support helped me to better understand my dependency on alcohol. And the techniques for coping with stress and incorporating mindful practices has helped me be successful.

Although I still drink moderately; Lionrock helped me immensely to scale down on alcohol and get through a very painful divorce. I am so grateful to the Lionrock team and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling. Jeanne

Lion Rock changed my life in so many ways for the better! I fell hard into the mommy wine culture. I was very anxious and hesitant to reach out to a recovery program. I’m so thankful I made the phone call and jumped in with Lion Rock. I finally found a group of people that could relate to everything I was going through. My group counselor and one on one helped me learn how to live again sober. I’m now 2 years sober and so thankful for the program. I was able to maintain my full time job and immerse myself in recovery in the evenings. If you are considering doing it take the leap of faith and do it! You won’t regret it.

It was the best therapy I have received Cynthia helped me find things about myself that I wasn’t aware of. I loved healing with her. Laura was my group therapist and I appreciate how she took time, even with a group, to let people answer. I learned so much from this program and I am truly great full for everything. I did relapse after 9 month, which was on me. I went to other therapy that has not helped. I am now six months and grateful everyday for Lionrock because they truly helped me see the recovery. They lite a light in me to fight. I will forever be thankful for my experience.

Great program. Just what I needed. At the right time to. Building relationships with people with the same issues is so important. We help each other recover. Lionrock promotes those relationships.I could always use alone. But I can’t get sober alone. Been sober for over a year now. Never thought I could do it.

I absolutely love LionRock. My group facilitator is awesome, raw, real and passionate about helping all of us in her group. The people I’ve met who work at LionRock have one thing in common, they all enjoy helping people and passionate about their work and movement. When I first joined LionRock, I had recently completed a 45 day treatment program and wanted to keep my recovery in line so I opted for continued IOP. I’m glad I opted to go with LionRock, one of my best decisions.

Lionrock recovery is an amazing program. I am truly grateful for all the help and support they have provided along my journey. I can honestly say, I would not be sober today without them. I reached out to them at one of my darkest moments and they embraced me with love and compassion. Throughout my time with Lionrock, I have received so many new tools and an abundance of support to help me get, maintain, and thrive in sobriety. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the people, programs, and resources are that are available through Lionrock. All that is required is the desire to stop using. Under their guidance, the rest falls into place!
