This is my second time ordering from this company, and I am so disappointed. My first pair of shoes were a gorgeous pair of leather boots. Unfortunately, they creased after wearing them once. I've never had leather shoes crease before. I also noticed a small chunk of the heel fell off randomly. I have only worn these boots 6-7 times over the past three years, never in the rain or bad weather. I am trying to understand how $300 boots can be poorly made. Somehow I convinced myself that it was just bad luck and that my next order would be of better quality. I placed a new order, and almost a month later, I have no update about the shipping. They copy and paste the same message over and over about there being a high volume of orders and that it is processing. It doesn't make sense because the boots I purchased were the last pair left.
Something is fishy about this company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no one to talk to. You need to email them, and all they do is print out their policy. No price adjustment, even if they were purchased under 24 hours. There is always a catch. They don’t fit true to size. So if you purchase on line, you need to pay $10 shipping, then another 7$ to ship back and another 10$ to repurchase and hope it’s your size because they don’t carry everything in the store. But too bad. It’s FINAL SALE. They always manage to have a small discount to get you to keep them. They are scammers.
Fast Fashion Quality
Purchased three pairs of shoes. The first pair arrived broken with visible defects, the second pair had glue from manufacturing on them, the third pair was ugly (I can accept some fault in ordering) None fit true to size, all seemed H&M/Zara quality level, extremely disappointing based on the way this company markets their products.
Customer service initially said they would process and refund me for all items, and later refused to process the ones that were not defective, instead offering my a gift card. I will be issuing a chargeback and will never shop at L'intervalle again. Avoid at all cost. Save your money and shop at Zara or H&M...it is coming from the same factories I guarantee it.

Terrible customer service. I bought a $250 pair of boots from L'intervalle. I was so excited to wear them for the first time! (I have owned a few different shoes from them in the past and they have always been great quality). I wore my brand new boots for the first time, and within an hour, they received a chip on the toe. As per their website, they pride themselves on creating boots that go against fast fashion, and that are "made of outstanding durable quality". Let me tell you, the Zara and H&M boots I have purchased in the past did not chip after wearing them for less than an hour. After contacting customer service regarding this issue, they refused to do an exchange for me, or even hear me out about my displeasure in the product I received because the boots had been "worn" and it wasn't a "manufacturing issue". I will never purchase another product from them again - these boots were definitely not worth the $250 price tag, I wouldn't even pay $50 for them. I will be telling all friends and family not to purchase from this company again.
Very sad as I love supporting Canadian companies, and do my best to shop local. Very disappointed in the way they treat their customers.

Terrible customer service. Price of boots changed BEFORE even picked up, I could have left them at store and received full credit and repurchased for new price and had a credit but staff convinced me best to take boots and a credit for the difference. Head office then informed me that I was not eligible for credit. Complained with no resolution. Will not shop here again.

This is the worst company to buy from. Customer service as well as dealing with head office in on lowest level. No respect for customers at all, no matter how long you are that customer they will not make an exception (which clearly was even not an exception). They just say plane NO.

Really bad customer service. I bought a pair of shoes and a handbag. There was a small rebate on both items. But the day after, there was a better one. So I ask if they could give me the rebate, the answer was no. Well thanks, I'm just going to return my things and buy at a different store. Never again
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I ordered a pair of shoes for their 50% off sale item 4 months ago. A week after I ordered them for in store pickup I went to the store to pick them up and the sales associate (Christine or Katherine I believe) basically told me I was a liar and they had no proof I put in an order .. 3 months later they call me to tell me they have had my shoes in since august , I let them know I had already received a refund for when I emailed customer service since the sales associate wouldn’t even bother to check the back for them. When I show up at the store the store manger tells me I have to now pay FULL PRICE. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Wouldn’t even bother to honour the original sale price I had bought them at when it was the sales associates mistake in the first place. First and last time I go to this store.
Outer layer peels
Bought a pair of 200$ boots. Thought they would be great quality, but after two wears the outer layer was peeling off. They look destroyed after only a few wears. It’s sad cause the designs are so cute, but don’t spend your hard earned money on this brand. Just not worth it.

Awful customer service, bad quality
I bought one pair of boots from the Eaton store in Toronto last Saturday. When I bring them back home I found there are two large cracks on the platform and the heel. On Monday, since I just tested positive for covid, I reached out to consumer service and told them that I may not be able to deliver it back to the store in 10 days to exchange them. I asked if there is any other alternative solution kindly. Two days later, customer service responded to my email and asked me to prove the shoes are unworn. I provided photos as their required then customer service 'authorizes a 7-day extension from the reply day' for me to exchange the shoes in-store and told me the sales associate will ensure the shoes are unworn again. In fact, she only let the return period extend 2 weekdays. There are no apologies for the quality issue and no delivery cost compensation, just two days extension. How amazing!

This one star is not about the shoes. The shoes are great, beautiful. I bought five pairs of shoes from L'Intervalle, and all five are very nice and of good quality. The problem is that I wanted to exchange one of them and return the other pair, and I had trouble with the return portal. It wasn't recognizing my order and I kept getting the message "order not found." I sent an email and waited for a whole week without any reply from them before deciding to call. I spoke with someone, gave them the info, they transferred me to someone else, and then they said they would call back. They called after a few hours to tell me that, in fact, they had replied to my email...and that they didn't really have a solution for me, but again ...that they would call back. The next day, I sent another email asking what I could do regarding my return and exchange and expressing my disappointment in their customer service.
I still haven't gotten any emails yet. Obviously, by now the 10 day refund limit has passed and I am stuck with a pair of small shoes that I won't be able to wear and a pair of boots which I don't necessarily dislike, but I would have liked them more in the shorter version. My order was quite big, so I expected some understanding, if not for the return, at least for the exchange, but... no one cared. No "How can we help?", no "Sorry", no "We appreciate your business", nothing along the lines, just monosyllabic, monotone answers.
So yes, the shoes are great and I liked many of the items they have on the website , but for the way they treated me, I don't think I'll ever buy from them.
I haven't worn any of the shoes or boots yet to have an opinion on how resistant they are, but they look nice, like i said.
Bad product, bad customer service
I ordered a pair of boots from l'Intervalle last December and wore them for a period of 3 months then, the heel of the left boot completely came off and they are unwearable. For such pricey boots, I would not normally expect such low quality. I emailed the store and asked if there is anything they can do about it and they said no because it was over the 30 day warranty, there was nothing they could do. I honestly think this is insane because it often takes more than 30 days for quality issues to occur. Will not be purchasing from them again.

At the end of December, I bought my boots and wore my shoes in the mall for 10-15 minutes (so it's impossible to recognize that it was worn), and both my feet started blooding. My tights and socks have blood as well, just after 15 minutes! And I cannot wear any shoes and go outside for 3 days. It was too painful!. I have all pictures and videos with proofs. I took these shoes to the store of purchase, and they said and said they would be refunded for 100% and gave me an email address. I tried to reach L'intervalle 3 times by email and Instagram. And they NEVER answer.
NEVER BACK TO L'intervalle. They don't care about quality and consumers. WORST SHOES EVER!!!
Literally the worst customer service
Literally the worst customer service. I purchased $600 worth of shoes and wanted to return a pair. What brand doesn’t offer free returns? I ended up spending $52 for return shipping. It’s not a good feeling after trying out the company for the first time and they wouldn’t budge on return fees even though I spent so much money on their boots. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Do not buy shoes from this company! Ordered two pairs of shoes, tried them on at home for one minute, they didn't fit so I sent them both back for exchange. Now customer service says they will not honor the exchange because the shoes were worn? This was after I paid out of pocket for return shipping. Despite my continued insistence I did not wear the shoes. They will exchange one pair and not the other despite my trying them each on the in same manner. Plus their sizes run big. Wish I had listened to all the other bad reviews.
