I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Link 4 Tutor.
I paid £100 for a tutoring subscription expecting GCSE-level support in mathematics. The trial lesson was good, but the first paid session was completely unacceptable.
The tutor had very poor English, making it difficult for my son to understand him. More importantly, he was not familiar with the GCSE topic my son needed help with and attempted to teach a completely different topic instead. The lesson became unproductive and was stopped after around 10 minutes.
I immediately contacted the company to cancel the subscription and requested a full refund. Despite multiple messages and clear explanation of the issue, they have not provided any proper response and continue to ignore the refund request.
This service was not delivered with reasonable care and skill as required under UK consumer law.
I would not recommend this company.

Poor service
Not replying to text stating preference of time and date and rather telling when the session will be. When I specifically ask if there was no availability on our preferred date the reply just again stated the date it would be. Teacher not replying to email asking for help to get onto homework. No communication to notify when lesson is cancelled. Not good service when it costs a lot of money.

Very Poor Communication.
The booking team is very inefficient and don't provide a good service. Not only that but my daughter doesn't receive her lesson links in time. Following with me having to call them and chase them up about her not receiving her links. And them then saying "we haven't received your payment". After them checking and being "oh sorry we have received the payment but didn't send the link, sorry for the inconvenience" .After wasting my daughters lesson time and then having to reschedule the missed lesson based on the teachers availability. Which is then inconvenient for my daughter all because of the booking team. Following that there is only one lady that I am having to talk to but then telling me "she's going to have to speak to her team" . But I always speak to the same lady each time about the same problem. Her then saying "I was looking at this in the morning"... But then why haven't you called me in advance if you have said you haven't received the payment?
The service they give is not worth your time and money. But my daughters teacher is good.

Hard but usefull
I really like this community,for standing and teaching lessons for students to be confident while speaking arabic,also the plan and schedule always at the time which something good respecting the timing,other than me having pressure working for this to earn money and be socially with alot of people to interact and having fun with the pressure in university
