Very good communication, I had a personalised video about the bike I had ordered and details about the shop. I had a call after the order letting me know when they would be preparing and shipping the bike. Quick delivery with good couriers and well packaged.

Great sales service
The salesperson was not pushy, but was informative and informed. He agreed to install a battery charger lead. The bike was presented in a good, clean condition. The salesperson went through the controls and switches with me before letting me leave.
The only tiny gripe was that the clock had not been reset following the battery charger lead installation, but otherwise everything was great.

The decision to move from a sports bike…
The decision to move from a sports bike to a adventure was a difficult one.. Took me over a year to even enter the shop…. I was considering the Tiger, GS, Ducati and African. Harry at Lings Watton made the process easy, no pressure, a long test ride organised and the special addition desert sitting in the show room. All went very smoothly and I couldn't ask for better service.
