This is probably about the third time that I have purchased a vehicle from this trader and I consider them to be fair, honest and genuine.
I would honestly recommend them.

Very good company and honest staff they done everything that they said they would.when looking around for a new car I went onto a lot of web sites for the trade in value and Lings were the only one to buy my car which was only six months old at the stated price six others were up to £5,000 below the website price .When I or anyone else wants a new car I will only recommend lings as being honest.

Gary Hedge - Excellent salesman, made to feel at ease with no sales pressure. Explained to me options of purchase, which I have never had explained to me before, I. e, PCP Plan, as I change my car every 3/4 years approx, which sounded good, but my choice in the end was to buy the car, which was peace of mind for me knowing I owned the car, but it was good to know of this option.
Never when purchasing a new car have I ever gone for the same make and model, but because I liked my previous Tuson for its comfort and smoothness when driving, it also has a decent sized boot which is a must for me because of my job.
Normally when buying a car, I go for the latest plate, but on this occasion I purchased a pre registered car which had 12 miles on the clock, a deal to good to miss, I'm over the moon with my new Tuson, I absolutely love it, even though due to the circumstances we are in, iv not had much chance to drive it.
A few of my friends have commented to say I like your new car. Being white makes it stand out more.
It was well worth driving from Norwich to Lowestoft to Lings Dealership. I must also say the manager and staff were all friendly and welcoming too, and a big thank you to Gary for all his help. You never know in 3/4 years time it could be another Hyundai Tuson.

Mixed feelings, this week I paid 8k for a motorcycle, which I am delighted with, the guys handling the sales and delivery were brilliant. However later in the week I asked about trading a car and a motorctocycle of mine against a car in their stock, the px quoted back was very disappointing, so I never went ahead.

Would have been five stars but I asked to have no advertising stickers on windows or on the number plate. Unfortunately this wasn’t achieved and I had to spend time removing the stickers. As much as I’d like to I can’t remove advertising from the rear frame of the number plate without completely renewing the rear number plate. I understand the law on the details needed on the actual number plate....... details are NOT required by law on the surround!

Purchased a used 9 years old Hyundai i10 , the customer service I received was excellent throughout the whole process. This was my first time buying a used car and being inexperienced I wanted to purchase from a main dealer as they tend to provide more customer care, and Lings did not disappoint. Gary Hedge assisted me with the sale and answered all my questions thoroughly and explained everything which made the process easy. on collection of the vehicle I noticed an issue with a squeaky sound coming from under the bonnet, it was closing time and there was no mechanic on site, so the sales manager David Fisher arranged with me a time I could bring the car back to resolve the issue. The car had been serviced and had an M.O.T before I collected it, so I knew the car was safe to drive and the issue was likely to be no more than a slipping fan belt, I took the car back as arranged to fix the issue and there has been no more issues since. Again David and Gary were both brilliant in resolving the issue making it as hassle free as possible, and I went away feeling I have had a good deal and great after sales care.

We drove up from Kent to Lowestoft just before lockdown- the guys and service was very friendly and relaxing- we had to bring our greyhound with us and he was also made very welcome. 10 out of 10!
