What a fantastic experience and customer care follow up. Bike was as promised, delivered courteously to the door, well done, great job.

Once sale was done Very slow in responding sometimes didn’t get response

Bought a used bike from lings, took nearly a month to deliver after agreeing to buy. Lots of paperwork and duplicate emails, Was a bit dirty when delivered, only cleaned the bits you could see from a distance. Staff very pleasant, but firm seems a bit archaic and long winded.!!

Excellent experience with Kevin at Lings Harleston on my recent Husky enduro bike order. Couldn't have been more helpful and courteous throughout. A real pleasure to deal with.

I would NOT recommend this company, purchased a brand new husky 701 sm, bike was not ready on collection day, rear tyre had a large slash/cut on it, had to ask three times for them to replace it! they didn't carry out the pdi and when I got home found I had 44 psi in my tyres and not 29 psi, very dangerous, bike was dirty and lots of chips and marks found, they put all their advertising decals on bike which i didn't ask for or want. very very poor service, stay clear.

in reply to lings, i should not have been offered a brand new bike with a slashed tyre and again i had to ask you three times to replace it, pdi was not done, and the offer of some plastics came with a catch of final settlement. so not impressed!

Brilliant customer service. Kevin dealt with my enquiry more than efficiently, great communication between parties and managed to facilitate a sale quicker than I’ve ever experienced with any other dealer.
