Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were friendly, helpful and let me take my time. At no point did I feel under pressure and I was given options every step of the way. I genuinely felt they went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Lings, as I have been in past dealings with them. Because, as a result of a silly accident, I was unable to pick up a car I had brought, they kindly arranged for their salesman to deliver it to my home and we completed the final details there.

Collected car from the garage with a fault on the dash took it back and was told it was due to the flat battery,they offered to look at the car and charge the battery for an hour or so ,
If they had took the time to connect a tablet to the ECU they would have found the fault within 5 minutes if knew what they were doing and they would have found a clutch sensor issue ,I had traveled a long way and was concerned that the car was going to let me down ,
I know that it was not a new car however it has taken a long time for my son to save for the car and was expecting better service ,
I can say that they are only really interested in selling lots of insurances that know one really needs instead of focusing on the cars .

Matthew Crosby is an excellent salesperson. His sense of humor, knowledge, and patience. Resulting in us buying a car that was of much higher value than the one we had originally seen. We have since taken delivery of the vehicle which is excellent in all respects. Holly Rudd, the lady that was present at the handover of the vehicle was also very professional and all quiries about the vehicle were answered well.

Bought a car in June this year. Service revealed a gearbox part needed replacing, won't be here until September maybe? So no longer getting the vehicle I wanted. This may be nobody,s fault but would have though honda in Japan had heard of fedx ups etc and put the part in a box and sent. Hence heading disappointed.

Very happy with purchase but had to chase for info a few times

Generally friendly but the approach to delivery doesn't inspire confidence. Incomplete communications and worst of all a failure to check our payment had been received despite agreeing when to pick the car up.

Friendly, efficient, informative and bent over backwards to please. We were updated every step of the way and although COVID restrictions applied the process was handled with great care. It was a most joyful experience and it still continues with follow up calls and emails. Fantastic service
