Very helpful sales staff. Good ambience.

Lings went out their way to be helpful and ensure that we had a win-win transaction. Beth in the showroom was excellent, informative and patient with a good sense of humour (which she needed with us!) and Mark the sales manager went the extra mile to secure a fair deal.

Overall a good experience. Some initial confusion regarding delivery of vehicle which was not explained very well. But delivery of vehicle was very thorough with good explanation of controls and safety features.

Very happy with my new car, Gary was eo helpful in explaining everything and having the car ready for pick up. Can highly recommend

Efficient Friendly honest and good customer service

After looking for a replacement car back in March 23 due to my existing car lease expiry in October 23 we visited the Lings franchise & met with Beth Parsons & Mark Mills who were very helpful in providing information, quotes & test drives to allow a decision to be made. My wife & myself were so impressed by their conduct & level of commitment to ensuring our needs were met we have since ordered a second vehicle of the same spec for my wife which we collect on 30/09/23. My wife has had 2 other Hyundai vehicles I800 & currently I30 tourer approx. 11 years old over the years & we have been impressed with how they have been & other than normal service parts no costs for repair which also gave us confidence with the decision to stay with the Hyundai brand & hopefully both vehicles will perform the same with regards motoring costs.

I have never brought a new car What made my experience great was when bethany.marshall lead me over to my car I was expecting to see it around the back it was covered over and I pulled it off to revile my new car they tock photos amazing and drive out of the already opened doors which I never noticed. I had all the information I needed before and after.they really do want you to have the best with no sales pressure at all

I year ago l bought a used Mitsubishi Mirage from Lings. I received excellent service and friendly helpful contact throughout. I live in North East Scotland so was buying the car unseen . I was delighted with the courtesy and helpfulness. They provided lots of photos, walk round video etc. My car was delivered and l was and still am very pleased with it. I received a phone call yesterday checking to see if l was still happy with the car one year on, which l am.
Lovely little car, exactly as described. Would definitely deal with Lings again as and when l need a replacement
