Amazing customer service!
Ordered for our wedding anniversary and Royal Mail decided to take the long route to get our parcel to us. Pointed this out to Emma to make her aware and so she could complain on our behalf as she had, unbeknownst to us, kindly upgraded our postage in order for it to arrive in time. As the item was not going to arrive in time, Emma went out of her way to get another one to us on the day of our anniversary. Grateful is an understatement and her customer service, second to none. On top, the item is just lovely too. Thank you again Emma.

I was in touch with Emma via email before ordering my items - her communication was very quick and helpful. I then ordered a linen heart and Christmas cushion and these were received very quickly, the items solidly boxed with excellent packaging. Once opened, the quality was evident and I`m extremely pleased with the orders.
