I also wish I had taken the time to read these reviews before ordering too. I'm usually so careful. The two sweaters I ordered took a couple of weeks to arrive. They are entirely synthetic and do not contain any natural wool and certainly no cashmere. They are nothing like the photos on the site. One has no brand or care labels on it at all and the other simply says 100% polyester - which it was definitely not described as on the site. I have been in email contact with them now for over a week in a bid to receive my return form (should have been the first red flag) required to return for a full refund. They have asked for photographs of the garments, which I have sent despite knowing I should just be entitled to a refund regardless and without proof. I have then been offered a discount on future purchases - hilarious, as if I am going anywhere near their site ever again. Then they offered a 30% refund and keep the items - as a gesture of good will? Now that's been reduced to 20%??? Meanwhile, having looked at the site again today I see they have changed the description of the sweater and reworded their return policy to be even more vague.

I agree with all bad reviews and I also wish I read them before I made my order and paid.
No cashmere at all in their “cashmere” products, very poor quality that I will never wear even if it was free of charge.
They keep on offering discounts on future orders and the refund is impossible.
Worse company ever!

I've realised too late that Linea Brand Liverpool is a total scam. Like other reviewers, the item arrived, 100%acrylic, not cashmere, riddled with holes and loose threads, no label, no return instructions. An e mail thread has gone on for 2 weeks now with them saying it was a sale item(not advertised) and therefore no return. Their policy said no quibble 30 day return. They have haggled like market traders offering 'exceptional return' amounts, starting at 10% and ending up at 40%. They are now saying they have returned a partial refund but to an unknown bank number and definately not in my account. I believe I am dealing with China or HK definately not Liverpool. They ignore remarks regarding the fabric and anything that they have no grounds to argue on. Just avoid at all costs. I wish I had.

The jumper I received today after numerous delays, is absolutely shocking quality. It is advertised as cashmere, but the jumper feels and looks like it has been washed on a high temperature and shrunk. I have complained and they said it was not cashmere but it is advertised as such. They offered me a discount on another jumper but no refund. I can’t even wear the first one. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely shocking scam. The most disgusting sweater eventually turned up, after numerous excuses of warehouse move. No labels whatsoever and absolutely no cashmere despite being described as a cashmere sweater. When I asked for refund I was told I could have 30% discount on next purchase!!! As if!!

Bought what was purported to be a cashmere jumper for £119.95 ( not on sale). Received a plasticky unlabelled untagged garment worth about 9.95 at best
Will not refund saying it was in a sale. It was not. They offered 10% back then 20% then 30%
Their refund policy says:

What are the return conditions? Our return policy allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt without the need for justification. Items must be returned in unused and unwashed condition, with tags still attached. Linea Brand does not accept returns of items purchased during raffles or sales. Products purchased on sale can only be exchanged for another item, voucher or discounts. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
But their email to me says it was in a sale and they will not refund
They are liars and scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

The same jumper INIS is available on different websites all belonging to them at prices ranging from 39.95 to 119.95. What you see in the picture is not what you receive.

I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. The company completely mis-marketed the items I ordered, saying they were cashmere. On arrival the items were clearly not cashmere, and the fit was poor. They were not the same as the photos at all. They then did now allow me to return them saying they were sale items. But none of this was communicated before purchase - neither the no-returns policy, nor the composition of the material (nor when I went back and looked again). They were obviously trying to hide this information. Do not confuse this store with Linea Fashion which is an entirely different company.

This is a complete con, I wish I'd read your reviews before I ordered a "cashmere" jumper, that took weeks to come and is definitely not cashmere, just cheap rubbish

Spent over £70 on two ‘Cashmere’ jumpers which were 100% plastic - poor quality is an understatement. I complained and asked for a refund and like other reviews here they refused and said they were on a special sale, even calling the acrylic jumpers ‘vegan’ and environmentally friendly then offered me 30% off my next purchase!!!!! Total scammers - not based in Liverpool at all, but China!

Ripoff merchants. The jumper is absolutely opposite to what’s shown in the photos, no tags (not even care instructions), rubbish product that’s not worth the packaging it came in. This company needs to be shut down and forced to cease to trade…total scam artists. No recourse for consumers as they’re out of country.

Item not as advertised. Synthetic jumper NOT CASHMERE. Not possible to return.

Size clothing is more like medium
Sized and asked for an exchange in stead I get told I can have 10% refund back and forth with emails it then went up to 40% refund when all I’m asking for is a refund or exchange of the right size. BE WARNED NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

An absolute scam - cashmere jumper is total plastic, when asked to return for a refund they outright refuse. This is illegal under the Consumer Act. Never buy from this brand.

These are serious fraudsters. Placed an order on Feb 4th no update on shipment todate and refusing to cancel the order, explaining the delays by the expansion of the company. Refunds offered for delays which are not processed. Refusing to comply with any consumer regulations. To be reported!

BOGUS COMPANY DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! This is appalling quality NOT CASHMERE and a refusal to refund your money. Every reviewer has had the same experience as me being fobbed off with 10 then 30% refund. There is no way to return the product as there is no returns or invoice or label. We all need to report them to Trading Standards and get them removed

Total scammers. This company trades under multiple names including the words 'London' and 'Liverpool' but is actually based in the Far East. So called cashmere jumpers are nylon rubbish. They don't accept returns but just offer a discount code on the next order 'to make your experience even more delightful'. Nothing delightful about it.

If I could rate them zero I would. Absolute rubbish. Cashmere jumper is cheap nylon polyester and hasn't seen cashmere. The fit is awful, the quality cheap with pulls all over. Customer services advise me there is a non return policy which I signed for (absolute liars) a scam company which I will report to trading standards

I too ordered the ‘cashmere’ jumper. It arrived weeks later and looked absolutely nothing as the photo showed. It certainly isn’t cashmere as stated. They do not refund but offered 10% of the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!
