I ordered 2 learher bags and 2 leather wallets from Linda’s learher. I’ve written them asking for a refund. The two leather bags are NOT leather at all. Fake leather!!! What I received were clearly Not as described or pictured in the advertisement. Extreme poor quality, damaged due to improper packaging. The bag won’t even sit up as it was advertised. I felt truly scammed.

I give this site a BIG FAT ZERO. I ordered on march 4th, got an email saying leaving Asia and not Toronto??? Received on the 17th. Definitely not Genuine Leather. Some kind of pleather (fake leather) and plastic lining. I sent them a letter asking why not Genuine Leather, but did not get an answer from them. Now the site is closed. I sent all the info to my bank, they agreed this is FRAUD.

The goods I received not as advertised
I purchased, online from the Lindas Leather Site, what were supposed to be handcrafted leather handbags. What arrived were made of synthetic materials, not leather, and they even smell terrible.
I wish I had seen the negative Trustpilot reviews. I only saw the two favourable reviews from @ March 13, around the time I made my order. Today, March 28, the garbage arrived. My bank is not interested in helping and, after reading the negative reviews, I understand I have been shagged and trying to recover my money is a waste of time. What kind of fool am I?

Company claims to sell real leather goods but is actually a front for a large scam operation based out of 58 Baiye Road in Guandong, China, under the name "Wu Xi". If you search for this name and address on google you will find many other fraudulent online stores with similar layouts, sales, et al. When ordering from this particular store, you will think you are getting real full-grain leather bags made by a mom and pop leathermaker, but you will receive mass-produced, low-quality bags in sealed plastic bags with bar codes. Any requests for returns will be met with an attempt to give you a "10% partial refund and you can keep the product", which translates into the scammer still making off with 90% of what they had originally scammed you for. Shipping the product back to the address this store provides you, ie. 58 Baiye Road in China, will run you into the hundreds of dollars. This is by design so the victim will choose to let the scammer keep their money, instead of paying even more money than what they'd been scammed out of to return the fraudulent products. Do not buy from this "store".

What a terrible thing people do to others. How naive was I. Arg!

In my naivety, I bought two bags for the price of one. I was convinced it was a real store in Toronto and the bags were made of real leather. I quickly realized it was a scam. When I tried to cancel my order, I got a reply that it was too late. I received my order two weeks later. It turned out exactly as I expected. The bags were impeccably made, but made of very poor-quality vinyl. The bags looked very cheap. I wanted to return them. Of course, the email process dragged on because first they asked for photos, then they offered me a 10% refund, then a 20% refund, and finally even a 25% refund, suggesting I'd have to cover $30-40 in shipping costs to China. I finally received a return address. If anyone wants it, I can share it with them. I decided to cover the return cost because I don't want these scammers to make a penny off me. I warn others against this company—they are scammers and liars!

The purses are absolute crap! I got taken. Can’t believe I went for something on Facebook. My bad. Never again. How do you return something to Asia.

Planning to return my order as the quality is not acceptable..Much of the product, perhaps all of it, is vinyl not leather, hardware is flimsy, pockets are sewn on unevenly etc. Return process is made difficult and expensive..must pay return shipping to Asia, not the Mississauga warehouse it came from.

If I could give a zero, I would. While the site looks legit, and clearly they’ve got a very kind, helpful bot fielding comments, the company is a fraud. The bags I FINALLY received are NOT leather, they are horrible smelling vinyl that doesn’t resemble leather. They make it expensive and problematic to return as the customer is on the hook to return it to their warehouse in CHINA. Do not buy from Linda’s leather if you’re expecting leather.
Shameful

I ordered two bags and a wallet from Linda’s during a recent promotion and received all items in very short order, well packaged and exactly as described. The workmanship on all products is outstanding and the customer support made this transaction a pleasure. I highly recommend. Linda’s handbags are some of the loveliest I have ever had.

This website looks pretty impressive. I was "lucky" enough to actually receive a product, unlike many others who have not. However, the product is NOT leather--it is a cheap vinyl. Very expensive Vinyl. I recommend that you stay away from this company.

I did receive the purses but they definitely didn't come from Canada. They came from Asia and they certainly weren't made by Linda's hands as stipulated. I can't say that I am happy with them because to get to the bottom of the square bottom due to the lining you can't really get to the bottom. My question to them, what kind of animal leather? They won't give an answer. The answer I receive is that it is leather. I am skeptical. Does anyone know what kind of leather?

When an ad popped up on my feed for Lindas Leather sale I opened it up. I was intrigued with the beautiful styles and the competitive pricing offered. I am always wary of internet ads but I took a chance. My purse and wallet arrived in a week and I was so impressed with my purchase I immediately placed another order.

I was fortunate enough to get 2 bags for the price of one! My order came really quickly. I am really pleased and am sure to get many years of use from my bags. I even received a free key chain fob. Thank you.
