Grateful but could’ve been better
The booking process went well. Arrival at terminal / pick up was a bit confusing because we received a text that the driver was there and that he was waiting for us but it may have been a misunderstanding because it was a 10-12 minute back and forth and trying to find the driver. Finally he pulled in, the car seats were all ready to go so that was convenient! He was very nice. As he was asking us where we needed to get dropped off, he didn’t sound confident on which terminal we were supposed to go to… but as did we, we had to look it up. The driving on the other hand was not the best experience. He got us to our destination but a few times got a little too close to vehicles on the highway. We were dropped off way past our Airline drop off door at the airport, which was fine - we could walk it. But would’ve been nice if we were dropped off at the right door. They had our airline information at booking. In the end, he got us to the airport from the port terminal so we are just grateful.
