Excellent customer support from Limbo staff. After having tried all the faddish weight loss plans over the years (protein diets, the new injectable drug), with no sustainable success, this plan is remarkable. The ongoing feedback regarding food types / times are most helpful and the constant monitoring through the glucose levels in the Limbo app is a whole new experience. I lost 6.5 kg after my first two weeks - effortlessly - with the program. Don’t be afraid to give it a try! This is a young company and perhaps still going through some growing pains but don’t hesitate to give it a go. The lads there really want to see you succeed. I’m dumbfounded by how effective it is.

Unfortunately I am one of the many who have had problems with the transmitter not working. Very very disappointing service. An expensive disappointment

They replied to say would send new sensor.
Haven’t received it yet (72 hours after contacting them)
Conscious that clock is running on my paid subscription for over 3 days that I have not had any useful service - no glucose readings, no replacement. So I will await the replacement sensor. I have been advised keep the transmitter.
Edited to add. Good to know that the subscription will be paused. It’s still disappointing to have done 2 weeks and then a week of nothing. Still waiting for replacement sensor

Limbo has been a huge journey for me. I have been using the system for 8 months now and have lost 5 stone (33kg). It has been so effective, and this has been by far the most consistent, steady and easy weight loss I’ve ever had. I am 45 years old and have been overweight all my life so I’m not saying that lightly! The community are supportive and lots of improvements have been added to the app even since I joined, including lives and virtual meet ups. Apart from weight loss I have had lots of other positive improvements : more energy, reduction in brain fog, no cravings and more regulated appetite etc. limbo has given my a new lease of life!

My experience with Limbo was truly amazing. I lost 1.5 Stones in 6 weeks without even trying. Cant believe how easy it was. Just stay in the blue shaded area and bingo, you lose weight.

I started Limbo in July 2023 and it's been my constant companion since. I find that it helps me manage my weight in my own way. I do stray a bit, but I forgive myself and get back on track quickly. It's the most positive way to lose weight, I've ever experienced.

I started using Limbo in March 2023. I had been trying to lose weight and was exercising and monitoring calories. However it was really difficult, and struggled to get the weight down.
When I started I very quickly became aware of the impact of certain foods that were preventing my weight loss. I was always of the view I needed foods to fuel my exercise and I’d eat loads of banana’s, porridge all believing I was doing the right thing within calorie limits. However, I started to see my limbo line like a roller coaster and began to get it flatter & flatter each week. I was constantly learning. I did get a bit annoyed with some of the nudges / replies to certain foods , but began to not take the emotional reaction, but to just learn from it. I now know what foods work, I can eat good meals and enjoy social events etc. I know the order to which foods to eat first, and last, and actually seeing a very different line depending on the order in what I eat.
The big thing I noticed was my energy levels were increased and remained full of energy all day.

I’m absolutely thrilled to have learnt so much about my metabolism and what foods are good / bad for me.

The benefits are life changing, and I don’t feel tempted to revert to some of the old foods I had in the past. I have moved on from them as I can actually see the negative impact of glucose spikes on my body in real time..

I did have some tech issues, which were actually my own fault, but the care team always responded and dealt with any issues.

I would strongly recommend Limbo and have many friends that have also successfully lost weight and got their energy back.

I've been on limbo for the last six months. By following the programme, I saw results within a short couple of weeks. Saw bonus side effects from my Apple Watch too, which said my number of breaths per minute dropped in the period, as did my average heart rate.

Limbo allowed me to zone in on and remove/restrict the foods that were holding me back from achieving meaningful weight loss for years. The real-time feedback on food choices really help you to keep on track as there is no hiding place. I lost 8kg in 2.5 months - purely down to better food choices, thanks to Limbo.

Fantastic, life changing product. Limbo has changed my life for good. Changing habits is difficult but so glad I stuck to the process and committed to this product!!

I am just coming up to two months on limbo and I am really close to my goal. I am delighted with the progress, the process and what I have learned. I was really unsure if I would be able to manage a low carb diet, but actually with help for Limbo I found it very doable. Would recommend.

Nice concept let down by defective products and appalling customer service. The sensors are supposed to last up to 14 days, mine started failing after 3-4 days and I spent a huge amount of time time trying to get them back into action. My emails and support forms requesting a refund remain unanswered. And don’t be fooled by them blaming you for bouncing emails -
If it happens to many customers the problem is their end.

Don’t waste your time and money.

So frustrated got the pack and the transmitter won’t pair! Have tried sending messages keep getting the same response have tried EVERYTHING that was advised !! Have asked for a phone call NO RESPONSE…. Contacting their Lawyers as this is the only number that connects! I want a full refund. Trying to do something for my health and receive a defective item for a vvvv expensive priice is Vvvvvvv frustrating! FURIOUS AND UPSET!!

I got the pack - wanted to get the Limbo band and the website didn’t work .Make contact and was sent a link so bought the band .Set up everything per instructions and the transmitter doesn’t work .Tried everything that was suggested online but no good .You send a message to state your problem but no confidence that I will get a response.When trying to source the band I was told emails to me kept bouncing which isn’t possible as the email was correct and was getting other emails.Seems full of promises but you feel like you are talking to a blank space for a big sum of money

The kit and app are pretty decent, easy to set up and intuitive to use. The data is great, really helpful to understand how your body responds to particular foods in terms of blood glucose. That’s where it ends though. There’s little by way of guidance on how to eat well, but more frustrating is the interactive element. You receive feedback messages on the food you log, some from humans, some AI generated. The messages are not great- waffling, confusing, sometimes with typos, often using highly critical language (“no need for this”, “all your choices until now have resulted in gradual weight gain” etc). Personally I don’t find that motivating and for someone with issues around food they could even be quite damaging.
You can use a basic cgm monitor and app to get the data a lot cheaper and just read a book on the impact of glucose to learn how to tweak your diet.

Update: now also having issues with sensor errors.

From Day 1 to about Day 4 everything was great, I was enjoying the app and monitoring my glucose and making some real changes and getting initial results. From Day 4 on I had nothing but sensor problems. On advice from Tech support (which is only available during business hours and is not the quickest) I used my spare sensor and they shipped a replacement to me. New sensor working for around 4 days again and then I’m having issues same as before. Seems like this is a nice idea let down by shoddy tech. Looking for a refund at the moment.

I used limbo as I was putting on weight despite exercising with hormones all over the place. Limbo is very easy to use, does not hurt, and I learnt so much about how different foods affect me . I really recommend it !

I'm a believer that what gets measured gets done. The Limbo programme allowed me to see in real time what my day to day eating was doing to my body. I knew I had a sweet tooth, but was also shovelling a lot of what we are told are healthy carbs into me! Had no idea of the impact. I lost 25% of myself, reversed my pre diabetes and also eliminated my lifelong migraines. Life enhancing is an understatement.

Started on Limbo in Jan 2022 and lost 20kg through changing habits and bringing some consistency to what I was doing. After 18 months - I stepped away to see what habits had become engrained and delighted to say that most of them stuck. I have slowly gone back up 5kg but remain thrilled to be 15kg off my starting weight and I now know that I need to do to maintain this.
