Customer communication
The first sensor arrived on time the follow up sensors took over a month to arrive so lost continuity. Communication from Limbo was bad they just said the sensors were on their way when they were not, they could have just told me the truth that they had a supply issue.
On a positive note, the sensors have certainly helped me get my glucose levels stabilized. Also allow me to me to monitor my levels when training and observe key nutrition requirements in preparation for endurance races.

I started on Limbo last summer trying…
I started on Limbo last summer trying to lose weight after many failed attempts at various diets. Limbo stood out to me as it was data driven, being able to see exactly how my body reacts to different foods made the journey easier and more sustainable than anything else I had tried. I lost 30kg in about 5 months and kept my subscription for another couple months as I enjoyed the data side of things.
I would have no problems recommending Limbo to someone who is on a fat loss journey, or even someone who is as interested in seeing their own data as I am

I ordered a kit 8 days ago and thought it would arrive soon. Unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to read the reviews beforehand. It seems there is a major issue with shipping and deliveries. I'll cancel my order now and try to find a decent company.

Prepare to wait for delivery
I wish I could review the actual product, but it still has not arrived.
I ordered it on January 31st. I contacted customer service twice, who reassured me that it was on the way, but I have still not received.
The funny thing is that I received daily email reminders to complete my profile online…… clearly there’s no urgency for this.
For a modern tech company, this is absolutely terrible service. I get it things can happen with distribution lines etc, but own the mistake and be honest with paying customers.
My enthusiasm for the product if it ever does come is greatly reduced.

Suspect this company is a fraud . Paid 229 Euro on the 5th Feb still waiting. Text the WhatsApp number and received a generic AI response. Avoid the slick marketing it appears to be a fraud !!!!!!!

The worst customer service experience by a company that clearly do not care. Happy to take your money and then just lie with empty promises
I place my limbo order on 13 January 2025 and happily paid a very expensive $200. Had I come here first I would never have even considered these clowns. I have been on constant email and whatsapp communication with them, a month later I my order has not even shipped yet. Please do not get fooled by claims that they have sorted out their logistics and that they will personally prioritize your order for delivery, it is clearly a lie. They just take your money and then lie from that point forward. They obviously also do not mind the bad reviews, of which there are many. All these suckers are waiting for their orders for months, imagine have to order a replacement sensor and you only get it months later. That will not really benefit your health journey at all will it? This message just came though from Limbo : Hi Anton, I apologize for the delay! I can confirm that your shipment is under highest priority, and we're working hard to have this shipped out as soon as possible. We expect this to be picked up today, or on Monday, and you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as that happens. This is the 7th promise to prioritize delivery and to send me a tracking number. Milos, Lexa, Sanja, Paul all lie.

Been using limbo now 2 weeks
Been using limbo now 2 weeks, down 2 kg, but most of all learning about my body and which foods work better than others. The app works great and the sensor is painless to put on and you don’t feel it while wearing. If in doubt, I would say give it a try for a month…

Still waiting on my kit , I am excited to try and want to get started sooner rather than later , from reading previous reviews! It would seem the bigest and ongoing probelm is shipping!!!! Please sort it out , your loss of business is suffering ! It needs to be addressed asap ! For a premium price you would expect a prompt delivery 🚚

Order not received
When I purchased this, the bottom of the webpage said the current shipping times are 7-10 days to Ireland and it is still saying that. It’s false information. I read so many bad reviews about the delivery being terrible so this is clearly not a new issue as is being implied in all of the responses I’ve received so far from customer care. A lot of the responses to the bad reviews state the delivery issues have been sorted which is why I finally placed an order after considering it for months. I can confirm the delivery issues are still ongoing.
I don’t understand, why not just be honest up front about how long delivery it is going to take? Also I unfortunately missed the offer that was running at the start of January but why put on a special offer if you can’t keep up with demand?
So far, this has been a frustrating experience which has cost me €200.

I like it, but...
I like it. The pricing is a little steep, to say the least, and I think it will quickly become something you would want to cut from your budget, BUT having said that, it works well and provides genuinely helpful feedback on what you are eating.
Update: After a few weeks it becomes a bit predictable. I don't bother logging food anymore because I know exactly what the message back will say.

Was really hopeful
Was really hopeful, but after long delay in arriving, not sure the issue as spent 3 weeks in UPS depot. Tried it tonight, first device clicked but didn’t fire until i removed it from my arm and it shot past my face. Second device would not pair until i re-installed the app which after an hour said it was malfunctioning, but i waited and tried again and it is now working - customer support on whatsapp have been responsive but i think the App needs some work in terms of ease of instructions- for example there are 2 kinds of kits depending on where you live you will get one or other not that there is a starter kit and replacement kit etc

Don’t deliver on time
Limbo revolution has one serious flaw - they cannot supply the sensors on time. I had to wait over 6 weeks for my first order and 3 weeks for my second order. In an effort to avoid this happening again I placed an order for month 3 really early and was told my sensors would arrive within 10-12 days. That was 17 days ago and still no delivery! They “expect” to ship them sometime next week so it’ll be about 3/4 weeks again. It’s a dreadful service. Their website states “currently shipping to Ireland in 7-10 days” - nonsense. Customer service is efficient in answering emails but the company won’t provide a telephone number - I have to assume that it’s so they can avoid complaints regarding deliveries.
