All was good except for me I would have like to have been able to choose yarn of the same color as appose to being locked into a color I do not need and not enough of the color I need without buying the whole pack.

By accident
By accident, I ordered the same pattern twice, and with their help, they refunded one. Whoever I was in contact with, was very helpful, and quick getting back to me. I haven’t started the crochet vase yet, but once I find the yarn, I will.

The order was an e pattern that I sent two emails inquiring as to when I could expect to receive the pattern. The pattern came but with direction for only one of the six flowers ordered. I sent another email asking about this and have not heard back.
