Why are people writing bad reviews and then giving it 5 stars? Or a good headline comment and then 2 stars...and an illegible review that claims both good and bad things in the very same sentence? Some of these reviews are as bad as this scam company and are useless

Don't waste your time OR money! Took forever to get my so-called 'sweatshirt', and when it did arrive, it was nothing more than a pullover shirt and poor quality at best. Screw me once...my fault. Screw me twice...your fault. Never again.

I ordered some tops for my mother! AWFUL AWFUL!!! Do not order from this company. Took 2 months to get& POOR quality.

I wished I had looked at the previous reviews before purchased. The clothes quality completely different. They didn’t look anything like the picture online. The clothes was disappointing made of scratch material.save your time and money.zero information on this company. I lost 74.00 on this company lily cloth. You call no response.

It took 2.5 months to get the package. The package was missing one item. The merchandise received was very poor quality. The sizes were all over. Nothing fit. When I tried to obtain a return label, I was told I will have to pay for shipping or keep the items and accept a refund in the amount of $25 of the price I paid. Aweful service, awful products. Save your money. Do not shop here!!! I had good experience with AliExpress. This Chinese company is nothing like that...

I certainly agree with the other reviews. My emails are NEVER answered. They have kept my money (about $42). I have now waited a month for either the items or some kind of answer. Extremely poor service. I would never do business with them again.

This company is a fraud! With a capital “F”. I ordered two shirts from them and when they arrived 3 1/2 months later. They were too small. (My regular size) I wrote to them asking if I could exchange for the next size and how would I do it.
I just received a letter today that they do not do exchanges but I could send them back, paying all postage ( about $ 40) or accept a refund of 15%. Which mean they get all the money minus 15%!
I am tired of their shenanigans and tired of them taking advantage of their customers. Do not order from them it is all a sham, and besides they do not answer their emails. I have written 7 letters trying to find out why my order was taking so long and all I got back was useless information no “human” contact.

If I could give them "zero" stars,I most certainly would!!! NEVER and I mean NEVER, order from this company!!! They were calling theirselves "Annie cloth" when I first ordered from them and now they are going by "Lilycloth"....
I was taken for $35 the first order and $220 the second time!!!! BUYER BEWARE....SCAMMERS!!!!

do NOT use this company! They are the SAME company that was called Annie cloth, they just keep changing name. Their clothes are 100% bait/switch. Very cute pics online, complete crud that they send you. You can argue with them and get a 20% discount vs return. Returns can cost ~$40 to send back to China...they know that, so they bank that you will buy one order and they get that profit.

All I can say is, "I am glad I charged my order on American Express" which honors purchases that are scams, etc. I have reported them to AmEx and my charge of $78.00. Five tops I ordered have yet to come after 1 month and no tracking. What a scam!! Please read all of these comments if you are checking out this company before you place an order. NO ONE has been pleased with their purchase (if it ever comes) or the lack of contact and response, etc. BUYER

I wished I had looked at the previous reviews before I purchased some fingerless gloves from LilyCloth. It took at least a month before I finally received them. They didn't look anything like the picture online. The color, quality and stitching pattern were completely different. LilyCloth also used a fake return address: Jon, Bent Creek Grocery, 2352 Bent Creek Rd., Auburn, AL 36830. I called this store and they said other people have called them also. They never heard of LilyCloth or Jon that was on the return address. I've also e-mailed LilyCloth asking for a refund as I wanted to return the gloves that I had purchased but they never replied to any of my e-mails. I have a feeling that these gloves came from China, thus the long shipping time. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money on these gloves because I know I will never get a refund of $12.98. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LILYCLOTH!!!!

I ordered several items in December 2019, only three have arrived so far. The clothes I received resembled what I ordered but definitely were NOT the same as the picture in the online site! The overall quality of the clothes was disappointing. In January, 2020 I received an e-mail from Lilycloth stating that one of the items I bought was out of stock and I would would be credited within 24 hours, but the refund has yet to arrive. Truthfully I am not expecting the refund or the rest of my order.

I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas. It looked beautiful online. I received the order about 3 weeks later and it look similar to the website item, but is CHEAPLY made, scratchy material and extremely small. I have reached out to their email address because there is not an phone number. Zero response so far and it has been a week. Disappointing.

I ordered my 5 items December 13, 2019 as well. It's now February 4 and still no products. No reply to 6 emails. And no gifts for my grand daughters which really makes me mad . $78.00 up a ducks butt . Sincerely Debra E.

Awful! Clothing looks nothing like their online images once you finally receive them. And I have been trying to reach them for days for a return and refund. No response from the company so far. In the shipment there was zero information in the company, also not labeled in the clothing. They looked so awful I couldn’t even figure out what/where they had come from at first.
Save your time and money, do not order from lily cloth.

To Whom it may concern;

It appears a slew of fake shopping site are cropping up all over the internet. Doing a reverse google image search on their inventory, and then a google search for those various companies (using the same stock images) turns up scam after scam. It seems these scammers will spin up a new site (mainly just a new domain) every time one of their existing domains gets a bad rap (doing a whois lookup on the domain often reveals the site to be new). The sites don't appear to offer a way to contact them and often pretend shipping is delayed. There are isolated reports of some people receiving merchandise after a long period of time but not of the quality or description offered (essentially false advertising).
