I ordered 2 of the bras. first of all, I selected size 40 A. The bras I received are large. they are almost impossible to zip up without help. I have considered returning, but your process is terribly complicated. then in the reviews I read that it was impossible to return so I guess I'm stuck. Not satisfied at all.

I found the bra comfortable but I only wore it three times. The third time the zipper got stuck. It was not caught in the material. I had to pull it over my head to get it off. So disappointed.

Bra design does not work. Zipper very difficult to use. Had to zip it up off myself and put it on over my head, which defeats the purpose of an easy fit. When I did get it on, sizing was a bit too big. Also, completely flattened breasts. Do not buy!

These Bra's are awful. Whatever they use for the stitching is scratchy and irritates your skin!! I will say customer service was good but even my replacement was even worse.

They do not lift or support like advertised. I have been measured to fit a 38D. That is the size I ordered. The cups are too small. They are very pretty, but if don't support, the bras are no good to me. I am going to ask for a refund.

Placed my order and received my order. What they didn't tell me was you only have 14 days after receiving product to ask for a refund. There website says 45 days refund. Well that 45 days starts at time if order. So here I am with 2 bras worth $70.00 that don't fit. I can't even exchange product. Oh they sent me an email saying they will give me 40%on a future order. No Thanks! I won't be ordering from this scam company again.

The return process seems to be set up to make it as difficult as possible to return so you will give up and just keep it and throw it away if it does not fit anything like it looks in the promotional pictures. when you finally work your way through the steps and hit Proceed with Return it tells you that now you have to call them! Please do not purchase...find a copycat on Amazon where returns are reasonable!

I ordered 2 bras which were too small. They sent me 2 bigger ones,I didn't have to pay/return the first 2. The second package got stolen but they said they would send out another one. I accidentally gave them a wrong address, customer service sent an email said they would get the package to me as soon as possible. I've never had such amazing customer service from anyone or anything!!

They are running smaller than my normal size and the front closure zipper makes it extremely hard to zip up.
Have to pay to return.

I purchased 2 Lily bras. I was delighted with the fit and quality of the bra. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I would have liked.

The shipping was fast I got mine in 5 days. But the fit is off and I know my size. But the worse part is the zipper too hard to do if your girls are BIG haha but it does look well made.

For what I can't wear them and they don't do refunds. I was then told that I should have read their return policy. Which my response is that I would have if you placed it up front at checkout.
• Overall: Lily Bras are poor in fabric quality and fit.
Buyers beware before making a purchase from this retailer. The app ad is deceptive.

Hot mess no support this bra is for small breast women. Don’t waste your money

I ordered the easy front zipper closure bra. The zipper is defective, extremely difficult to do. This bra is marketed for older women who have difficulty doing their bras. The marketing is deceitful. It says returns are easy, they are not. They simply ignore your request. Basically I have a horrible heavy bra and I’m out almost $32 with no remedy.

Poor customer service hassle getting in touch with this scam company, ordered a set on march 20th 2026 as od today 4/25/26 still no product one email stating it would be delivered by 4/23 Joke!! This company is just a scam had to call text and sent emails to cancel order, then had to call to get them to refund my money! They said if we wanted to wait a few more weeks they would give me a 10 dollar refund I said no just refund my money and i will look on scamazon this company is a SCAM !!! Keep clear of them

I do not recommend for two reasons: It took 6 weeks to get my bras and the bras are not that great. There isn't enough support even though the design looks as though it would. The only feature I do like about these bras is the back smoothing and front zipper instead of hooks that kept coming undone on my last bras, thus the 2 stars. I received 4 emails telling me they were on their way and had a shipping label created.

Well I didn't see trust pilot before I ordered from Lily lift they made it very clear that you can return no problems whatsoever of course I got one much smaller than what I ordered now I can't even find them online, so I'm stuck with a bra that's too small I really did like this bra that you can pull your cup size up and hook it oh well live and learn. I just always seem to learn the hard way.

I was pleased with the product I think the construction was ok but the zipper closure was difficult to use not a good design feature. It also did not support me as advertised. I did have great customer service, with a timely resolution to my issues. Mixed feelings about this product

What went wrong is that I didn’t read Trustpilot first before buying. I’ve been buying different bras for many years and for the most part have stuck with underwire despite the surge of ads trying to persuade women not to. I succumbed to this company’s ad because it showed what looked like good quality bras without wire. Plus I’ve usually paid from $45-60 for a bra. Well now I know why. You get what you pay for. Since I’m not going to engage in pointless emails to Hong Kong I found there was a good use for them. They work for a bra to sleep in. However I wouldn’t buy them for that use. If you’re stuck with a purchase you can’t return, try that use. AND CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ONLINE.

This is NOT what is advertised. Being larger it appears as if these bras will fit, but they do not. The upper portion that allows you to pull the front of the bra up and hook into a piece of fabric, will NOT support and hold the "hook". Horrible exchange/refund options. Should have known better but the advertising sucked me in.
