The blouse I received look nothing like the photo ,the measurement details on website aren’t helpful either and low quality. I paid £4.00 delivery then £4.50 to return it so wasn’t happy with false advertising so I tried to email the customer service from website and it bounced back ..left feedback on the return form but still got no response . I wouldn’t buy from hear again
I bought the Roxy dress for a wedding I went to in June - I received so many compliments. Im hoping they can come out with a few different colour ways as I would LOVE this for my bridesmaid dress.
I bought a beautiful dress on here but unfortunately had a little trouble with the fabric. I washed it and took the labels off and was still given a replacement dress, an apology and a discount on further purchases. Amazing.
Ordered a dress on the 29th of March. They provided a tracking number but tracking showed the order never even made it out of the country. I tried to contact the company directly to get the issue resolved but the responses I received were nonsensical. The best part of 2 months later and I have finally gotten my money refunded (20th May). I had to go through a PayPal dispute process. Unfortunately they refused to respond to PayPal in any way, which is why it took so long to be resolved. Avoid this seller. If you have made the mistake of ordering from them and you made the mistake of paying them directly I recommend look into initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Placed an order online for two dresses. Received an email a week later stating they were out of stock and that they will be issuing a refund.
Scarves were lovely as expected pity about the customs and VAT charges adding @36euro to price
I ordered a winter fur coat, the product was gorgeous quality. I wasn't sure which size to order, customer service team were quick to respond and happy to help. Speedy delivery too.
