Excuses and no goods in sight.

I've just had the exact same experience. Ordered in early March, chased on delivery and told the same warehouse tale. Gave them a week's grace and emailed, this time asking for a refund. No response. Avoid.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.

In early March, we transitioned to a new warehouse, which unfortunately led to temporary delays while systems and stock were being fully migrated. During this short period, some orders did not meet our usual dispatch standards.

Please rest assured, this is not the standard of service we pride ourselves on. As soon as the issue was identified, we took immediate steps to resolve delays, prioritised outstanding orders, and offered next-day delivery upgrades and discount codes as a gesture of goodwill.

In your case, your order was cancelled and a full refund was processed, along with an additional discount code as a further apology.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding during this transitional period. We remain fully committed to ensuring this level of disruption does not happen again.

I placed an order for several t-shirts for my son on 11 March 2026. After a full week without any dispatch confirmation, I contacted the company to request an update. I was informed that they had been relocating their warehouse, which had caused delays, and I was assured that my order would be sent via next-day delivery.

However, on Thursday, 19 March 2026, I was notified that one of the t-shirts I had already paid for was no longer available. I agreed to a refund for that item and again asked for confirmation that the rest of the order had been dispatched. The following day, Friday, 20 March 2026, I was told that my order had been shipped using a next-day delivery service.

Despite this assurance, I have received no tracking information, and the order status has not been updated. I subsequently emailed requesting a full refund for all items purchased, but I have received no response.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to order from this company. Their conduct demonstrates a clear lack of reliability and raises serious concerns about their trustworthiness.

In March, we were in the process of transitioning to a new warehouse, which unfortunately led to temporary disruption in fulfilment and response times. During this short period, some orders were delayed and stock availability was affected as systems were being fully migrated.

As a small team, our response times were slightly slower than usual during this time, and we appreciate how frustrating this would have been. Please be assured this was a temporary situation, and we did our very best to rectify issues for all customers as quickly as possible.

In your case, we arranged a telephone call to explain the situation, issued apologies, processed the relevant refund, and provided discount codes as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

We are truly sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide. This was an isolated and temporary issue, and we have already strengthened our processes to ensure a smoother experience moving forward.

Do not order from here

No order confirmation, no reply to emails or indication for two weeks on where clothes are. No reply on social media yet they are clearly active on there. Numerous emails sent and messages. No contact number to call either. Payment taken but no clothes delivered. Absolutely appalling given they are based in the UK.

As a small team, we were doing our very best to manage a high volume of enquiries while resolving fulfilment delays as quickly as possible. We can see that we did subsequently arrange a telephone call with you to discuss your concerns directly, and we sincerely apologised and took your feedback on board at the time.
