Lili and Mila Recensioni 

I don't often get into Old Town so I haven't had the pleasure of visiting Lili + Mila's Empawrium in person yet, but I had an excellent experience ordering via the website. The shop carries a brilliant range of high-quality pet products, and the service I received was second to none - Lisa e-mailed me on the same day I placed my order to arrange delivery and even managed to drop it off that night. I can't recommend Lili + Mila highly enough and will definitely be back in future! :)

Easy to order and such lovely things to choose from. Ziggy looks very smart in his new collar and bow tie.

Dogs loved the selection box! Will definitely buy again from here. Good to know I’m giving the hounds a treat with no nasties in it.

The absolute best collars to buy!
We've had so many compliments on our seaside collar we just HAD to buy it in Aztec blue! They're so soft and padded, I can't ever see myself buying collars from another brand

Loved the selection of Petface products available from Lili and Mila. We have had Petface products before from a larger retailer and they are great - the dogs still get loads of use out of them even after they have stopped squeaking and look a bit chewed! This time I wanted to shop small to support a lovely local business. Delivery was next day so just as fast as a much bigger online retailer. I would definitely recommend Lili and Mila!

I received my order within the specified timescale in secure and lovley packaging. The products were exactly as ordered, all my dogs favourites! I've also been into the fantastic shop where I received advice and excellent service when purchasing a harness. They have an excellent range of products and the owner/manager is always super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to visit. I definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing shop with everything you need for your dog! Especially impressed by the own brand dogwear range! The discovery harness has been the only one we have ever found to fit our spaniel properly!! Amazing customer service and quick delivery! Will keep coming back again an and again!

Not only were the products good quality, but the customer service from the owner Lisa was great. My dog destroys all toys & eats treats in seconds, so Lisa made some recommendations as to longer lasting chews that would be suitable for him. Her knowledge about the products and what is suitable for each dog is something you dont get from the big stores, thats why i love shopping with independent pet shops.

Loved watching the packing vid! Such fast delivery. Lisa and the gang are absolutely amazing, we could not recommend them enough! And what a haul we got! So much range!!!
