More and more people are struggling with their mental health, and in the Netherlands alone, one in seven young people experience symptoms of depression. Founder Jurren: "I personally struggled with my mental health for years and wasn’t able to talk about it during that time. Fortunately, I later learned that openness leads to improvement.
