Unprofessional app and terrible customer support!
I purchased a Google Play gift card through this app, and the payment was processed immediately. However, when I tried to redeem the card, I received an absolute regional error (PRS-GCRPM-01), meaning the card is completely unusable in my region!
I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue or request a refund, but their responses were extremely unhelpful, automated, and frustrating. They flatly refused to issue a refund under the excuse of their "no-refund policy." Selling a defective product and refusing to compensate the user is nothing short of unfair practice.
I have already submitted an official complaint against them to the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) with all transaction receipts and proof of failure, and legal action is underway. Be aware and avoid dealing with or buying from this platform!

Thieves - Terrible customer service

Thieves scammers and robbers, they blocked my wallet balance due to second profile in my phone. They are all liar and dishonest people. Their only aim to rob your money, be aware and never use it otherwise you will regret when you robbed at some point.

تم تسجيل خروجي من حسابي في LikeCard بشكل مفاجئ يوم 15/02/2026 أثناء استخدامي الطبيعي للحساب، ومنذ ذلك التاريخ لا يمكنني الدخول نهائيًا، وتظهر لي دائمًا رسالة:
"يوجد مشكلة في النظام، حاول بعد قليل"
🔴 المشكلة الأخطر أن داخل الحساب يوجد رصيد محتجز بقيمة 27,381 ريال سعودي، ومعي إثبات شاشة يوضح رصيدًي في لايك كارد بالكامل
الحساب كان موثق بالبريد الإلكتروني:

وكان مربوطًا برقم سعودي قديم:
+966567540506
هذا الرقم كان معي أثناء إقامتي في السعودية، وبعد عودتي إلى مصر تم سحب الخط وأصبح مملوكًا لشخص آخر، وهو ما تسبب في تعقيد المشكلة.
وعندما حاولت حل المشكلة، تم التواصل مع صاحب الرقم الحالي وإخافته ببلاغات تتعلق بغسيل الأموال، مما جعله يرفض أي تعاون.
📌 توجهت شخصيًا إلى:

لكن للأسف لم يتم تقديم أي حل، ولم يساعدني أي فرع في استعادة الحساب أو الرصيد، رغم وجود تذكرة دعم رقم 700743.
❌ حتى الآن، لم يتم فتح الحساب أو إعادة الرصيد، وكل ما أحصل عليه هو تجاهل أو وعود بدون تنفيذ.
⚠️ أحذر الجميع من الاحتفاظ بأي مبالغ كبيرة داخل هذا الموقع، لأن حسابك قد يُغلق فجأة بدون سابق إنذار، وقد يتم احتجاز رصيدك لفترة طويلة بدون حل.
في حال عدم حل المشكلة قريبًا، سأقوم بتصعيد الأمر إلى:

Its a scam, also support team service is bad. This application is not recommended at all!

Stay away from LikeCard.

They took 2525 AED, rejected the order, and then never refunded the money.

For over 2 months, they kept lying with copy-paste replies:
“Refund completed”, “Proof coming soon”, “Team is working on it”.

Truth?
• No refund
• No TXID
• No proof
• No money

CoinPayments confirmed no funds were ever sent.

They kept asking for IDs and documents again and again just to delay and make me give up.

This is not bad support — this is intentional stalling.

Worst experience.
Zero trust.
Do NOT use LikeCard.

Bad support team, i paid for my orders and yet they ask me to send handwritten statement with my id regarding my purchase. if you have hacker issues fix your security but if i pay for something and you deduct from my account instantly i expect my order instantly and dont give me BS excuses.

It's a scam. Be very skeptical if you meet anyone asking for payment through 'likecard' gift cards, for any reason

Im trying to change country on website, not working

Scammers, I bought a PS card for $80, but I didn't receive the card and every time I contact them they give me false excuses and a fake hotline! They are a group of thieves, be careful

I bought 500 SAR of them and they detained the amount for six days and the cards were not delivered after six days, the amount was refunded in the application wallet!! And without any compensation!!

Bad service
Very hard to reach someone. They take time holding your money before either giving it back or sending you the card you bought. Moreover, they have no special treatment for recurring customers.

Not scammers but not recommended either.

It's very bad service no one giving us complaint solving issues and they provided one free card for testing that one also not redeeming so I cannot trust them .
