Amazing customer service!!

There had been a bit of an issue with my postcode when receiving this item. However, Sonny made sure I received my lamps safely, & although I did return them (because unfortunately they didn’t fit my aesthetic), I had to leave a 5* review just because Sonny was incredibly helpful! Thank you :)

This company does fantastic, stylish lights - I have always bought from them and they never disappoint. Thank you to the team for making my home look and feel gorgeous. The customer service is always on point when I do have a query. Fast delivery too.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
I returned a lamp and they were going to charge me a massive return fee. I arranged this itself which was half the price they quoted and then when the refund came through I ended up with less as they took over £10 in tax off. They are con artists. Don’t trust this company at all. The customer service is bad. Sonny is the person you speak too and he is trying to scam you from money in every direction. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

I ordered a waterproof fitted sheet all was well item arrived on time product arrived timely and intact

The problems began however when I tried to return this as it was clear the product wouldn’t fit despite me making sure I checked measurements

After emailing the company about a return I was run through a quite shocking gauntlet of poor lacklustre customer service (14 emails) where I was told that I am PERSONALLY FINANCIALLY liable for any return and that using their2 personal returns service would cost me around £10

I was forced to find a service on my own volition and when this was returned I was then refunded less for my product (£17.98 when it should have been £22.99)

although I have since discovered this is laid out in the “FAQs” for return I believe this should have been PROMINENTLY displayed at the point of sale as if it was I would not have bought from this company to begin with

Well priced lamp shades. I purchased three lamp shades and they came very quickly, well packed and looked lovely.

I placed my first order with this lovely company a few days ago. I received my order within two days !! They also personally phoned me to query an order, what a service. I highly recommend Lights and Linen, they have beautiful lamps amongst other things. Very pleased.
