Very easy to deal with from the ordering of the lights to delivery

I was very impressed with the ease of selection and purchase of the item. The description of item was well documented. Quality was excellent and delivery was timely.

Sadly, the items were not delivered, though eagerly awaited. Informed by email they are being returned though eagerly awaited by this architect.

When I purchased the pendant the estimated delivery time was 5 to 7 business days, but it took 17 business days. No one contacted us to inform us about the delay—I was the one who emailed asking what was going on. The store only replied that there had been a delay and that the carrier would deliver it by the end of the week. They didn’t. Over the weekend, the carrier called to say it would be delivered the following Monday.

Finally, the lamp arrived. It was very well packaged. However, we were surprised by the lack of parts needed to install it on the ceiling. For a lamp at this price, not including everything necessary for installation feels like a joke. In the end, we improvised and managed to install it.

Once it was in place, we noticed that it hangs crooked. It was welded crooked! In other words, it’s an expensive lamp—very beautiful, yes—but crooked. I don’t know how to fix this, and I also don’t have the energy to request an exchange, given how incredibly long the company took to deliver the order.

All in all, the lamp is quite nice, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price or the stress of the purchase. I would really appreciate it if the company addressed this situation.

The order was constantly delayed and I had an electrician waiting for the items to finish a building project. I eventually discovered the delay related to one item. I cancelled this.
I was informed the items would be delivered to a local depot. I asked a family member to check daily as I was away for a week's holiday. She informed Lights that they were not delivered. I received an email with a picture of the delivery to my house. As the house was empty it was left outside. I received no notice of the change in delivering to my house. Consequentially the box was outside in full view for probably four days. It was wet when I returned home. I would not recommend Lights.

Prompt delivery and was kept informed of progress throughout.
