My order has never shipped and I can't get on the web site to see what's going on. Not keeping the customer updated on what going on with your order. Very upset with the company.

Great LED lights at an affordable price. Big improvement over OEM halogens. Only issue, was that an adapter was required for Kia Sorento installation … Able to acquire it on eBay. Highly recommend.

They are great
They are great, just one problem I encountered is that the base to lock in the LED broke apart, as I inspected it I figured that it must of been maybe glued, I doubt welded. But despite this issue I managed to work with it.

Bright light but missing pieces inside the box.
I order straight from Nineo website. Seems that they send me an open box set. Came missing a colar. I could not install both bulbs at the same time. Contacted after sales for a new part. Still waiting for the piece. They send me a new piece. Works great.

I found it anoying that i didnt recieve an order confirmation, and getting in contact eith nineo is imposible
Afterall i still could track my package and did recieve it in a reasonable time👍

I got two sets for my 2016 F150 XLT…
I got two sets for my 2016 F150 XLT that I put in my Anzo lights.
I was paying $200-300 for 2 sets before from other brands. I put one in and left the expensive ones in The other side and did a comparison at night. They looked exactly the same.

Great product and Customer Service
Great product and customer service. I ordered H7 Nineo II LED bulbs for my VW Jetta and when I received them they wouldn’t fit, it turns out I needed an adapter. I emailed customer service and Lin was able to ship me the adapters the next day and at no additional cost. I installed the lights and they look great. Beautiful bright white and the fans are very quiet and everything fit inside the housing. I am very happy with my purchase!

After trying several other brands, I am grateful I found these.
These are great headlights. High beam and low beam are much brighter than stock halogens. I can see the side of the road much better and the cut-off line is excellent.
