This is a company claiming to be attached to the NHS and to Diabities.Uk which appears to be untrue. The advert makes claims to reduce your blood sugar spikes and help to boost metabolism. There was an offer of £34.97 for two of these watch type devices but the amount taken from my bank was actually £41.84. I received a confirmation email saying they would contact me when my order had been dispatched. When I had heard nothing after 10 days I replied to their email but it was returned by the postmaster as undeliverable due to the email address not existing. There was a service email address contained within the confirmation email and that too was returned as undeliverable. I paid through Paypal and when I commenced a dispute they gave be a different email address but I have received no reply. I am trying to get my money returned with my bank.

Like the other reviews ,scam,had an email to confirm the wrist watch was ordered took more out of my account than advertised, unable to reach anyone ,site unavailable keeps popping out Hope my bank can reimburse me .Hate these thieves.

Save your money!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! If that doesn't make the message clear I don't know what will! Scammers that are praying on vulnerable individuals, walk away

I don't even want to give one star but it's the only way you review... Stay clear of this site, I ordered a wrist band for my fiancée who is diabetic, I received an email confirming the order then nothing. I checked my account and they had taken £5.25 extra, I tried to contact via email, phone and website. Email bounced back, phone number doesn't connect the website in no longer active. There is no way of contacting them. I have contacted my card provider and raised a dispute to get my money back. This is a shocking fake company and should be avoided at all costs!

The first thing that concerned me was after I purchased. I received no confirmation about my purchase. So then I started looking. I hate to think how many people have been taken in by these liars. Their email does not work, no such domain. Neither can you get onto the website.
Be very careful. They have been reported for false advertising etc.

Pretty much the same as all the others - NOT NHS recommended and website unavailable. Will request full refund from paypal - con artists

Deserve zero star for conning people, charging more than invoiced. Contacted my bank can't do anything until payment as gone through but will be refunded. Only purchased the bracelet as stated it was recommended by NHS and Diabetes UK. Unable to gain access to website as DNS address can't be found. Bloody disgrace

The advertisement and reviews for the item purchased all looked legitimate but i’m so pleased i checked my pending transactions! The values were more and 2 transactions instead of 1 😡 i immediately froze my card, called the bank and stopped the payment and now awaiting a new debit card. Will stick with Amazon in future 🙂‍↔️

Total scam. 6 x varying amounts taken from my bank account. Need to contact bank to find out where I stand 😡😡😡

Utter scam - Have taken more money than advertised, plus they added the same product twice but tried to put one on auto payment. I had paid through Paypal, Im trying to get money returned.

Ordered from this company only to be charged twice 32.43 when original order was only for 26 32 contacted my bank who are trying to resolve this matter for me total scam steer clear

Total scam,they tried taking more money than the product,4 times using different accounts, I had looked at it on Google as a reference,next time I'll check through trustpilot.

Scam website, selling cheap Chinese knock offs .
Power of suggestion is a thing and people buying these watches don't seem to think about that.
No watch out there is going to make you lose weight or lower sugar levels .
They are not at all got anything to do with the NHS and the profile used on Facebook to advertise this is a obvious fake .
Most the comments on the posts are fake just like this company and trash they are selling

I foolishly trusted this website for a £32 purchase but they took £52 from my bank! And now reading these reviews on trustpilot, I realise the whole thing is a con.

Checked on all of the 'official' websites they claim to be affiliated with...no mentions at all. Utter scammers.

Lightnesslives.com is not a legitimate web site. They are committing fraud. They do not have a relationship with Diabetes UK and do not have permission to use the Logo or the web pages on the Diabetes UK site.

A massive rip off and there appears to be no way to return your purchase. Sizing was way off so I needed to return! Absolutely gutted as my purchase wasn’t cheap!! I’ve emailed multiple times and there is no response at all. Really disappointed. Should have checked reviews first!!!!

What a con! Bought a product - overpriced - and received something different. Not happy, contacted customer support twice, no response, can't even find details on how to return despite 'guarantee'. Will be pursuing refund
