I could not be any happier with my lamps. They are beautiful, made well and exactly what I wanted. There was a small issue with shipping, stuck in transit ( no fault of lighting4home ),and they certainly stepped up. Always keeping me updated. After a while of being in transit, they
re shipped a new order, which arrived within a few days!! I want to say thank you for the professionalism !!! Keeping me updated and in the loop made the “wait” less of an issue!!
I wish more companies would be like you, treating customers like people and less like dollar signs!
I have zero hesitation in promoting your company. You guys are great , keep it up !!

I wish I had read Jason’s experience before purchasing anything from this company. Don’t do it! Their return policy seems to be normal on their website and I double checked it before I purchased my lights. Sometimes lights can be tricky, despite all the information provided online. The lights were shinier than I expected and they looked cheap. I should have known based on the price. I am so disappointed that they won’t accept my return despite me notifying them as soon as the product arrived and their website stating “ After receiving the product, if you wish to return it for any specific reason and the product is in new condition with the original packaging, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and the return must be completed within 30 days for a full refund to be issued.” Honestly, does that not sound like you should be able to return the product if you didn’t use it and it didn’t meet your expectations? They have continued to tell me that my reason for a return doesn’t meet their criteria, which is beyond frustrating. Most recently they asked me to provide video evidence before they could process my return. It’s ridiculous. I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company. I feel like I’ve been completely misled and taken advantage of.

Buyer beware. This company sells non compliant lighting to Australian customers. All LED sold into Australia must have a RCM compliance tag. We wasted many thousands of dollars buying and installing 20 surface mounted "dimmable lights, into our home. Then spent a lot more money investigating why our dimmable lights were flickering. After many months one of our lights were dismantled and it was discovered on top of the dimming issue the lights didn't have a RCM certification, which is illegal and will void your homeowners insurance if you have electrical fire due to an uncertified light. A lot of back and forth with the company just resulted in the company telling me it was too expensive for them to have the lights certified to Australian standards because of low sales volume but they offered a UL Certification and assured us it was all good. This isn't accurate, hence we will have to pull out all our lights, buy 20new lights that have the correct certification and spend a bunch more money reinstalling. Lighting4home is are still selling these lights still that aren't legally certified for Australian homes months after we have alerted them to the issue! Update: The below response is inaccurate as the compliance has been set by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and it applies to all manufacturers or importers of complete luminaires, lighting controls or complex lighting components. The manufacturer or importer of the luminaire into Australia, is considered the “Responsible Supplier“ who must ensure compliance with the requirements of the RCM. I am posting this review as the lights are still being sold to unsuspecting Australian consumers even after we have bought the compliance issues to the attention of this company. It's not about warranty. We will be taking this issue to the ombudsman/Fair trading to further protect Australian consumers.

Ordered a 'Spiral wave LED pendant light' for our newly renovated kitchen. Got the delivery in a jiffy and it arrived without scratch. I installed this unique fixture on the kitchen island. Looks cool and works as it should. This is the second purchase from this store and very satisfied with it so far.

I ordered solar fence lights for my garden. Initially the tracking number I got was wrong. I emailed the customer care and got a response saying that the light is being shipped from China and since it’s new year holiday there, there was a delay and soon will get fresh tracking number with details. Honestly I thought I had been scammed but to my surprise I received the shipment yesterday very well packed. All 12 of them working well. I received two mails from them one with the tracking number and one saying the item has been delivered, both at the same time. Apart from a lack of communication or delay in communication I’m happy with the service. I will order again few more items and shall share my experience. Requesting you to have a more prompt response so that the customer is at ease. Regards.

Lighting4home provides a terrible buyer experience.
I recently ordered 2 sconces for my home office. When I initially chose this product, the angle in which the product photo was taken was straight on, as are most sconce photos. However, after receiving the product, I was surprised to find that the sconce itself has a 3 inch rim that prevents the sconce from sitting flush against the wall. That typically would be fine if it wouldn’t accent the 2 inch collar of the light that sits in mid air and presents a misled design choice. Needless to say, I feel like what I thought I ordered was nothing like the product I received. If the product has an unusual design such as this, additional angles should have been provided.
Additionally, the outer shell of the sconce light had blemishes on it resembling dents.
Lastly, most LED lights provide the ability to adjust the accent light from soft white, bright white or daylight. This product only came with bright white.
After emailing customer support about their failure to meet expectations they stated that they would not accept a return/refund.
I would never order from lighting4home again and I would not recommend their products.
