The costumer services in Montreal ST-Laurent. I was not satisfied with the services and I try to get reimbursed by the Noha Benamara. They always say the same things, we will call you back. Because the courses was soon I had to get involved Mastercard dispute. What a waist of time for a 1000$ course

I wish to give a ZERO STAR but don't…

I wish to give a ZERO STAR but don't have the option. I have contacted the company multiple times to get a copy of my valid forklift license in the past one month. All I hear is a representative will contact you, which never happened. Very pathetic service.

I went to Liftow.com & sent a message from “leave us a message” page. How can the message be delivered to the wrong email id. Please check the email id connected to the page & maybe that need to be directed to the correct email id.

Someone contacted me after so much of hassle but no response again after that. I finally gave up and got certified again from a different place, not Liftow. I recommend all trainees to get a copy of the certificate when you complete the course. The person attending should have a certificate upon completion else what's the point.

The liftow at Kitchener Branch needs a lot of change the SERVICE MANAGER His name Jason he doesn’t know anything about customers service plus he has no skills about technical skills or management skills, I don’t have a glue where you find this kind of people.If u asking me I don’t thinking in a million year I will hire someone like him, Is very rude and no glue what is doing their.

Initial call-email from the sales…

Initial call-email from the sales person (Gary Brown) was right on time. But involving multiple people (3 or 4) caused miscommunication. A technician showed up without being asked by our company and he had plastic forklift cage bushings instead of brass (we needed the best).

Unfortunately we had another arrangement already and had to decline Liftow service.

Exceptional service

Exceptional service: with both annual inspections, & breakdown response.
From request confirmation, to expedient dispatch, to knowledgeable and customer-oriented service techs who comply with our service-provider guidelines, to expedited sourcing and installation of requisite replacement parts; we are always treated as a five-star customer.
Service rates & parts costing are very competitive; and when combined with Liftow's attention to detail with every aspect of every service call, they exceed our expectations every time.
We rely on Liftow to keep our equipment operational, with every effort extended to minimize downtime.
They manage our annual certifications, and breakdown service is no longer a headache for us.

We did not receive any confirmation on training dates

We did not receive any confirmation dates back from Liftow telling me when they would send an instructor to our plant for practical evaluations. I did not even get an email saying they would get back to me later. In the past I would deal with Hans directly about the availability of training dates for instructors or classes dates. He would tell me same day or the next day and i would send the PO and book the date.
When trying to book training dates this last time I communicated that we had an urgent need to have forklift training and I did not get a response. I had to send many email and make a lot of phone calls to get a response. Your new process for booking classes is not effective and waste a lot of my time and my buyer time. My boss was very frustrated and is saying it time to look for alternate training companies. We do not have time to waste chasing companies who do not appreciate our business.

Sean has been very helpful over the…

Sean has been very helpful over the past year with our purchases of multiple units. Pricing, setting them up for our specifications, updating throughout the process and following up after deliveries to ensure everything is satisfactory.

Tyler came in with Sean after deliveries and got us set up for maintenance and was able to work thing out so that we can have them all set up on the same schedule (every three months) working off their annual safety.
