Lifting Gear Direct Limited Recensioni

This company has a good website which is easy to use. Their range of products seem to be extensive
I wanted something that is very rare nowadays, two 1" BSW eye bolts.
They had them in stock and within 4 working days they were delivered to me.

Rapid supply from order to delivery at the door step with all paper work emailed quickly including QA documents to confirm the provenance of the lift bolts that I needed given I was lifting an engine that cost £21000 to prepare to race spec that I could not risk. The price was very reasonable and the tolerance of the items and thread form was spot on.

An excellent company with great communication and timely responses to requests

Avoid,
Purchased the imer 200 scaffolding hoist.
Stopped working after 2 uses and 5 weeks of owning.
£1500 and already been forced to spend £290 to repair it.
All the excuses that it was my fault it stopped working.
Machine suddenly dropped and broke tiles inside the bucket. And then jammed itself on another occasion when being lowered empty.

Avoid and use another company that may actually warrant repairs if they arise.

Simple process to order what I required. I reordered further items at a later date with the same result.
Quick delivery, great product at competitive prices, will definitely use again when required, they have been placed on our preferred supplier list.

Great products at very competitive prices and fast delivery.

I dealt with Holly on email regarding my needs for a gantry crane after we had a forklift failure, it was an urgent requirement for us and Holly was quick to come up with a design that was sent for my approval and the system was fully delivered in around 2 weeks, much faster than I anticipated. Other suppliers had quoted 3 months lead time. The product is fantastic, the quality is superb and the customer service was untouchable. Thank you to Holly and the team.
