Order missing. Expected delivery time was 2-4 days. Still hasnt arrived and wasnt notified of the reason for delay until I contacted them myself. Poor customer service.

Hello,
Your order was received Sunday 2nd August. We processed this on Monday 3rd August and our 2 - 4 days prediction would have meant receiving your order latest Friday 7th August. Unfortunately we had a stock discrepancy on one of your items which meant ordering in the item, which we did via next day courier. This delayed our prediction by 1 extra business day and your order was received and signed for by you on Monday 10th August at 9am.
We appreciate your custom, but as a small independent business we find your 1 star review a little unfair under the current circumstances.
