I came recently and got treated terribly and many people I know have had the same experience
If you are looking for fitness this is not the correct choice for environment

I enjoy every visit to Lifestyle Fitness. I am rebuilding muscle strength after weight loss. Excellent facilities, always clean, grat equipment to help me meet my goal.
The staff are always friendly, prefessional, helpful and knowlegeable; helping me build a plan to reach my goal.
The coffee shop is a bonus, great place to meet and greet and share healthy snacks.

Junior passes are half price of adult…
Junior passes are half price of adult passes but only allow the kids access for small amount of time. Fine during school week but they should have better access during holidays and weekends.
After 16yrs charged full price and told that means they could bring to juniors in with them but when they arrived today they were rejected because they couldn’t bring a junior pass until they’re 18 (strange because they’ve been in together before).
I understand they need to ensure they have the correct staffing for juniors but on weekends and holidays why can’t they give a 2hr slot in the morning too.

To clarify, our policy requires a supervising individual to be at least 18 years old to accompany junior pass holders. We apologise for any confusion or inconsistency regarding how this was communicated to you previously, as safety and clear communication are highly important to us. If you are willing to provide us with some detail on the communications you received, we can look into this further.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the limited weekend and holiday hours for junior members. Your suggestion for a morning slot has been shared with our management team. We always welcome feedback as our goal is to constantly be providing a positive member experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are sorry to hear that your recent visit felt overly crowded.
As a community-focused club, we support fitness for all ages, but we always want our members to have a comfortable workout experience. To help us better understand your experience, could you provide a bit more context regarding your visit? We genuinely take all member feedback on board as we look for ways to manage club capacity.
In the meantime, if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, we generally recommend timing your workouts outside of our junior hours (where under 16s must be accompanied by an adult), which run from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays. Visiting during our early mornings, as we open at 6:00 AM Monday to Friday, or later in the evenings usually provides a much calmer environment.

A Friendly & Encouraging staff with a great little cafe & parents can view their children enjoying the swimming lessons.
Bollington Health & Leisure is a Community based Leisure facility, with very good staff & a welcoming atmosphere.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, the machines are all very clean and there's a wide variety of exercises so you never feel limited, can get a bit busy once the college day is over or 12:00-13:00 though, but where doesn't.
