Great personal service
We had a look around physical store - fantastic personable service - viewed a couple of Hay storage products. Measured up once home to see if suited and ordered on line - received goods a couple of days later carefully packed with recycled materials and with a personal note from store owner - great follow on service. Thank you.

Fantastic curation and service
Fantastic store, a wonderfully curated range of products and absolutely rapid delivery.
I ordered four Studio Arhoj mugs that arrived extremely securely packaged and had a charming note accompanying them.
