I actually really like their shirts, I’ve bought many. But if you want to return or exchange they are terrible. And there is no phone number to answer a question. Returning is basically a research project. I am going to be very careful when/if I order any more things.

AVOID Very unhappy with the quality!! When i contacted the company, the response was "The graphic is actually intentionally printed that way to give it a unique, vintage, and distressed look" None of this was included in the description!! And despite the response, the item looks defective rather than vintage or distressed. The company replied quickly however no resolution to a defective product

The mystery t-shirt is a total rip-off. It was a hideous color, mis-sized, poorly shaped mess. It should have been a called Factory 2nd reject! It went into the charity bag and maybe someone can use it as a yard shirt or cut it up for car rags.

POORLY MADE, OVERPRICED JUNK! I've been a Life Is Good customer for DECADES (1990s) and during that time have purchased over well 100 items. Once upon a time, their products were unique and well made. Around 10 years I began noticing a difference in quality. Then I didn't receive the free t-shirt offer after ordering the required items, so I stopped buying for years. I was busy and needed fast gifts, so I placed multiple orders again. 2 of those t-shirts were obviously rejected seconds. They were to be replaced and returned. Of those replacements, one of the 2 were CRAP AGAIN and I had ordered 3 other t-shirts so when I could finally send the now LATE GIFT, I would also now include an additional 3 t-shirts for the other 3 family members. I'm still unable to send that gift, which was went i was going to return the 2 rejects, because I don't live near a post office. When I find the time, I'm now going to RETURN EVERYTHING and then contact my credit card company to dispute those charges. I will NEVER purchase anything from Life Is Good again. FLIG!

My order of four shirts was lost and I got the runaround by LIG. UPS tracking showed it made it to a town only four hours from me in only 3 shipping days. So far so good. But then it got handed off to USPS and then it said no tracking was available. LIG said to wait until 10 business days after it was shipped to give it a chance to show up. So I waited and contacted them but they still wouldn't place a new order for me and then said their policy is for me to wait 14 days of no movement before they consider it lost!! I said but it's obvious it's lost since there is no tracking available. I told them I was concerned because I have an upcoming trip that I wanted them for and don't want the shirts to be out of stock. But they wouldn't change their policy.

Today has been the 14 days of no movement, so I called them to cancel the lost order and get a replacement but two of the shirts are now out of stock just like I thought! So I went ahead and placed the order for the two remaining shirts, and they would still offer my 25% off and give me free 2-day shipping so that was good at least.

But guess what, their system wouldn't take my Discover card and they claimed it was denied. So I tried my Visa card and they claimed it was denied too. I said obviously something is wrong with your system. The agent said maybe I can try a different email address. I said this is ridiculous and asked to talk to a manager. She said the manager will have to call me back.

While waiting, I contacted Discover and my bank they both said they show the charges went through but LIG reversed the charges! So I went to the chat feature on the LIG website and that agent said to try another email address also. So ridiculous that it's obviously a problem with their system. She told me to wait 3 business days to try and reorder again. How many times are they going to tell me to wait? What has happened to this company? It was one thing after another. I'm so done with LIG!

The company will offer a "free gift" with purchase. My order was shipped and the free gift was not included. They told me they ran out. Yet days after my order was shipped, I received an email telling me it was my last chance to place a order and receive my free gift. They are just baiting people to place an order and spend more. Their clothing is okay, but I refuse to wear it now and advertise for them as their business practices are not fair and honest.

The company is great, their messages are absolutely wonderful. I've always worn their shirts, but I've always been disappointed in the lifespan of the shirt. First time wearing one today and it already got a hole in it. I experience this a lot with the shirts. I can no longer purchase them, there is no durability. 😢

SO DISAPPOINTED! I have at least a dz old Life is Good t-shirts and they are my favorites. But I recently bought 4 more and I WILL NOT BE BUYING anymore. What happened? Bought out by another company? What's with the dragon logo?
The fabric is thin and made from an inferior cotton thread. They are smaller than my other ones, as well, and I didn't even put them in the dryer. Other people are complaining, as well. Too bad, you had a good product, but not anymore!

The shirts are made out of 100% cotton on most of them. I find the fit to be perfect and so very comfortable. Great Colors!!

I ordered 3 shirts that I did receive. They were too big so I wanted to return. They offered me $10 to add to the amount I spent so I ordered 3 more in a different size. They were too short so again I returned them. I paid for my first order by my credit card and the second order I used the money from my first order, the $10 they offered me and another $9.00 on my credit card. They refuse to refund me. They say everything was paid by a gift card and I have to use it on there site. Disgusted that I now lose my money or order some shirts that don't fit me.

Ordered 93$ worth of tee shirts which were inadvertently sent to my previous address. Drove all the way to old address after receiving delivery update. No package. Contacted Life is Good who recommended I make a claim with my bank. Did so, bank said since transaction was authorized, it was up to merchandiser to refund. Again contacted Life is Good who basically said I’m SOL. Ive never had that issue with any other retail store. Usually no questions asked and will reship or refund. Life is Good for them I guess ripping off customers to the tune of close to 100$. Shame on them. Will never buy from them again and will leave my experiences with them on all platforms that I can.

I bought one t-shirt and really liked it. I then ordered 7 more and was amazed how much they shrunk after washing. You have to order at least one size larger. I can't speak to how long they last.

They steal from small, independent artists. Is that positive? They also use tacky ai art. Is that Good? Zero respect. Greed. They are what’s wrong with this world.

We love Life is Good. Half of my husband's closet is Life is Good shirts, so we were excited to check out this store in Gatlinburg. Life is NOT good at this store however. We walked in at 7:40 (store closing time was posted at 8). We have never felt so uncomfortable shoping at a store. There was a woman standing in the doorway clicking the deadbolt back and forth as a passive agressive way to let us know they were closing. If they were going to close, it would have been better to tell us nicely instead of the passive agressive behavior/bad looks. My husband told the woman in the store that we felt really uncomfortable and asked what time they close and if they even wanted us there. She told us they close between now and 8. Based on other reviews I have read, it looks like others have the same experience with inconsistent closing times and rude service. There were multiple shirts we may have purchased but we have never felt so unwelcome in a store and told them how rude we thought they were as we were leaving. This store is truly the oposite of the brand's core value of "spreading opitimism."

You cannot trust Life is Good shirt reviews. I love their shirts, but I received one that was cut too small, had inferior fabric and came with a hole in the back. Life is Good asked for a review and I gave the shirt a 2 star review. Life is Good never posted my review and I noticed that another women who felt the same had her review posted under 5 stars instead of lower stars. So basically, the reviews of tops on Life is Good are not accurate and I resent that I tried to help other shoppers to have a more accurate picture of one of their tops and it was not displayed.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They took my money and never delivered my order. The tracking just mysteriously never updated 5 days after ordering. When I requested a refund they said I couldn't request one until the end of the month. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I have ordered several t shirts. Everytime I ordered, the next day the offer a free t shirt. This happened to me twice. They just lost a good customer!

Received a Life is Good (LIG) shirt as a gift for the holidays. The shirt is the wrong size. I've repeatedly contacted LIG and attempted to exchange the shirt for the proper size. This is a brand new, unworn shirt with the original tags from the manufacturer still attached. LIG has repeated refused to assist in facilitating an exchange, stating that they cannot confirm the initial purchase based on the information I provided.
I have several LIG shirts, which is likely why friends purchased the shirt I received as a gift, but based upon their absence of customer service or willingness to assist, I will stop purchasing their products as gifts for others and will never purchase anything from them again.

Product never delivered. Appalling service.
No refund and no reissue of the order. Would not trust them with your money.

Just received. My most recent shipment of life is good long sleeve t-shirts and I am extremely disappointed
